German Kitchens by in-toto Kitchens

We had our home renovated ten years ago and chose an In-toto kitchen. As a retired couple, it gets gentle wear, but after six years the laminate on all the cupboard doors started to blister and peel off. The showroom where I bought the kitchen has closed, and I contacted In-toto to explain the problem and sent photographs. Apparently the kitchen is guaranteed for 5 years, they acknowledged the doors were peeling and faulty and offered to replace them at my cost. Why would I want to actually BUY another set of doors from In-toto after such a short time? Other showrooms were appalled that no one came out to look at my kitchen.
The kitchen may have looked nice, but ours was shoddy poor workmanship.

I had 3 kitchens,utility and kitchenette fitted by Intoto Kitchens,Woking at a project in Sheen that I was developing.There were many teething problems at the start on my side which Hassan and Jake addressed without any issues.There computer imaging,drawings and work ethic is brilliant,nothing seemed to much trouble and I would highly recommend using them!!

At the advise of the proprietor at a London branch, I’ve paid a deposit of one-third of the quotation in order to secure the price to avoid any future increase & also to be given a plan & some digital images of the design. A site visit was arranged but was cancelled the last minute. A second site visit was again arranged but the proprietor didn’t even show up, not to mention any call to notify me about the cancellation. Tried calling him multiple times at the shop in vain as well as his personal mobile no.which was blocked. I became suspicious & notified my bank to see if I could retrieve my deposit since no service has been provided & no order has been placed. The reply from the bank was that their company account which I’ve made the bank transfer to has no fund whatsoever in it. Therefore the prospect of the refund is most unlikely. I was also been told by a very reputable kitchen appliance company that one of their clients had a similar issue as mine but their lost was more serious i.e. the cost of the entire order costing over £35,000.00. Very clearly the company is in serious financial crisis or in the process of winding up. However, the way they deceived their customers is clearly fraudulent & require immediate investigation. Be warned!

We spent over £30K on a an intoto kitchen, after two years some of the laminate doors started bubbling. I called in-toto who told me they had gone into receivership and then started as a new company but would not honour the warranty. I'd avoid at all cost..

Chris at In-toto Southport understood my brief of exactly what I wanted as a Kitchen and he was very patient and happy to collaborate with me on a number of designs to end up with what I had envisioned.
The installation was on time and within the allocated timescale and fitter Mark was very professional, polite and a perfectionist which gave me confidence and security that the finished product would be of exacting quality and standards.
The whole process from start to finish was enjoyable and stress-free, exactly what it should be!
I would definitely choose In-toto Southport again and can highly recommend.

We ended up with a kitchen that was not as the design sold to us, and we had to wait 12 months for the kitchen to be finished. The worktops took 5 attempts to fit and finish and they are not all the same shade. Intoto do not know the meaning of customer care infact they don’t care. They were attentive at the point of sale, after that I had to chase constantly to get the kitchen completed and there are elements I have had to refit myself to correct poor work.
I would not recommend anyone to buy from this company.
