I had an awesome experience doing my refinance my home loan, which i did try with another broker who sent my ton of paper work to do myself which was so much work to do. With Pawan Sandhu I had just provide some basic things and my loan was approved in 24 hours of providing everything. Really happy with the fast process and communication was great and clear. Highly Recommended. :)

Honestly speaking, as a first home buyer I had a great experience dealing with investors mortgage. Can’t thank enough to everyone working with investors mortgage. Fortunately, my broker ANKUR DHIR was easy guy to deal and he made my job very easy. Since, being my first home, I had zero knowledge about the whole process and my broker made my work too easy. The guidance and information given by him helped me to purchase a good home with a good deal. Explains every key information with patience. My process took like almost 10 months and that explains how he cares for his clients. Would recommend him for my friends and family.

Had really good experience in the whole process. Looking forward to work with him in the future.

i would like to pass on my sincere gratitude to Nav Sandhu and his team for helping me with my finance for 2 home loans. I received personal, yet professional service, was kept in loop every step of the way starting from knowing my requirements to loan approvals. Even though my case was bit complicated, i was never shown any remorse or any negative feelings, instead i was given confidence every time we hit an obstacle. I knew that applying for a home loan this time round would be harder than the first time due to some difficult circumstances. Elmer from investor's mortgage understood my requirements and fought for a solution.
I am happy with his communication skills and keeping calm when the situation gets tough.

I would recommend these services to all friends and family looking to purchase their property.

For me as a first home buyer I have no idea about home loan and Taj understand it very well. His dealing is great. He is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable.
