I have heard nothing. I was ripped off by Ionos and Naomi made a promise to act, but she did nothing. A culture must permeate the company that has disdain for its customers at its core.
Perhaps, Naomi, you would like to do what you said you would do?
(Strange ... this is the second time I am posting this follow-up post. My first follow-up post (essentially the same) just disappeared from Trustpilot, likewise a number of other negative posts about the company. How long will my one star review remain?)

I only used IONOS because 123-reg was not working today for some reason and I won't rush back - when I had negotiated the bewildering array of optional extras/offers I could pay for to Secure my Domain or Pay for year two and get year one for free, I had a real fight with the system to be permitted to enter my address correctly. It took four or five attempts before the address was accepted. A typically British website - it doesn't work well enough and someone else is no doubt to blame.

Their uptime is excellent.
Customer service, used to be good, but has deteriorated over the years. . The worst I had, the guy could not speak good English and was unable to understand basic IT terminology.
The web interface they provide was excellent so I'd credit them for that. Some years ago it was redesigned and was rubbish to navigate, but then that was ditched for a much improved layout. It is easy to obtain and change settings without too many mouse clicks.
For the package(s) I had, only one free (basic) SSL certificate was provided, with any more costing extra. They don't support the use of free certificates from the likes of Let's Encrypt either.

The response? Well, I live in hope that someday it will arrive. No rush though. Take your time.

Sneaky how my contract was pushed up to…
Sneaky how my contract was pushed up from a basic price to premium with email notification wording done in such a way as to obscure that this was price hiking. Just disgraceful.
Here is an update and a bit more about it. After a very busy few months, I now have the time to state what really annoys me. Without my permission, I was moved from 1 and 1 Pro to Premium. My monthly bill went up by £18. I never wanted Premium, never asked for Premium, but you decide I am having Premium and bill me for it. I have changed my plan to go back to the most basic price (why should I have to spend my time undoing what you have done wrong?) and you owe me a refund for all the excess payments you have taken. I have been with the company for 17 years and you rip me off.

I think it is amazing that a web hosting company can not even put on a auto responder on the email addresses or update the website to show the current SLA they are working to.
Also they keep selling the product in the UK as having your own personal point of contact. I was never able to contact this person like many other people.
The hosting is being sold cheep for a reason avoid at all costs.
Aso like many other people stuff got added to my contact with out me asking this was never looked into, all I was told was you added it. When I had not looked at all of the other reviews where they have done the same either they had a data beach or something along that line as so many people have had products up graded or added to their account with out getting a response

After ploughing through 3 support agents it's clear that they have no idea how to authenticate emails or even apply the settings.
Every time I asked them a question they replied with something totally irrelevant.
Email authentication should not be this frustrating. These guys clearly don't give a toss.

Hidden costs are signs of non professional people.
Went for bluehost, never got disappointed again.
Stay away from them people!
