Very easy, didn't lose my upload even though I accidentally went back on the browser. Past orders have been fast, in the future I would like to see less of [inaudible] sections for verbatim only orders (some of the time when I listen they are recognizable as words). Overall satisfied and have recommended to colleagues. Thanks!

The Paypal option did not work for me on Google Chrome. I click on Paypal, then on the Paypal icon that appears. I just got taken back to the credit card dialogue. Otherwise your site seems clear and easy to use.

We needed a blue wet ink certification letter acknowledging that Iscribed did the transcription and that it was accurate to the best of their abilities and they not only agreed to do that at no additional charge they agreed to send a original to us by regular mail. The Price was awesome and they did the whole 103 minutes 29 pages in 2 days or less, I was able to download them easily and they were pretty darn accurate. Thank you Yasir for being there and doing a great job on the work we asked you to do. Hope for your great success so that if we need you again you are there in the future.

I'm looking for a transcription service to transcribe a series of recordings for my dissertation case study. I took advantage of the free demo without knowing what to expect. The transcription was completed within a matter of hours and it was highly accurate. Also, the transcriber removed all those awkward "um's" and "ah's," which makes the transcription very easy to read. Great job! I will definitely use this service for the rest of my recordings! I look forward to working with your company!

Mostly great! Occasional issues with asking for two audio files (part one and two) to be merged into one transcript, which doesn't happen. I can tell that some files are transcribed by two different people because with Roz Mays, I did a two part interview. In the second half, the transcriber wrote "female speaker one and two" vs Roz and Rachel like in the first half.

I have a big order and few small orders so far and I have been very happy about the service, I like that I have direct access to a person by phone anytime to discuss details and status and get my order personalized.

I really have appreciated the online chat and the free demo. It was what allowed me to choose iScribed for my transcription needs! I really appreciated how quickly these transcriptions were done and how extremely detailed those who performed the service were with each transcription!

I am new to transcribing and felt like I was supposed to know things that I didn't (e.g. what verbatim would mean). I found it in the FAQs, but you might think about the experience for users with less experience.

This was my first time. I was pleased with the quick turnaround, but found a number of gaps in the transcript ("inaudible") that I will have too fill in. The service is also a bit expensive so not feasible for routine personal use. I think I will have to wait for computer based transcription to improve and come down in cost. From a customer services standpoint the website and interactions were wonderful! Thanks!

There is no ability to download recordings from Webex. So I have to continaully ask your staff to convert it before i can place an order. This is time consuming for me and I suspect for your staff. Although, I'm grateful for the conversion (which you must feel is necessary for repeat business) you might want to look into doing something about including webex recordings transcriptions to your offerings.

First time needing to use transcription service. Did my research and found the reviews very positive. The ordering process was quick and easy. Looking forward to the end product. The end product was professional and very complete. Was amazed by the less than 12 hour turnaround.

I'm writing a biography, and conducted approximately 35 interviews for the project. iScribed has been an incredibly valuable tool in helping me complete the book! It was well worth the cost to obtain excellent, accurate transcripts that required minimal "massaging" upon receipt. Turn-around time was incredibly fast, and accuracy was amazing, especially given the esoteric nature of my topic. THANK YOU!!!

Shopping experience was good, The only thing I would suggest adding is the time turn around information on the order page so the customer doesn't have to go searching the FAQ page for that information.

I am very impressed by the work that the transcriber sent! There were some errors but I am in a field that can sometimes be hard to discern if you're not accustomed to the language. Several times during the hour-long recording I was impressed that the transcriber understood what we were talking about in a way that helped with the transcription. I will definitely be using on a regular basis as it was well worth the money I spent to save as much time and wrist pain as I did!!

These look fantastic! At first it felt like a big upcharge at first to have it transcribed verbatim but they did a fabulous job and saved me a TON of work that I'm not terribly good at. It would have taken me at least a week to transcribe all these interviews but I had them in a couple days and they are better than what I could have done. My research team used a transcription service that was cheaper for our first round of interviews but it has taken a ton of clean up to make sure they are ready to go to the next step. Definitely worth the upgrade for transcripts that are actually accurate. When something was inaudible the transcriber put the time code so I could find it easily and this was a huge help!!! My only complaint/suggestion is the need to ensure consistency with labeling the person speaking. In some transcripts they are listed as "interviewer" and "respondent" but in others they use "interviewer" and "interviewee." The first of these is better (for us anyway) because they are visually different from one another and that is easier for analysis. It is not hard for me to go through and change these in Word but it would be helpful for it to be more uniform. It appears they are labeled correctly as far as who is speaking (something we haven't always gotten with other transcribers) but I haven't gone through and checked them all yet. Overall it is great!

You guys have great customer service! I do tend to have issues with the initial upload process though; in this case it would be great if you could more easily support password protected or pages & videos or private/unlisted URLs (I'm using Vimeo) in an automated fashion so I don't need to reach out to you to handle that part of the process for me.

The sample transcription was pretty good, with a few errors here and there - let's say 9/10 overall. I think this tolerance is reasonable because the audio was not 100% clear in the first place, and there was some jargon that may not have been familiar to the transcriber.
