Having retired from Qantas after 34 years, and joining Australia Post, still working for the past 13 years, I had all my Qantas Superannuation assets in various funds and noticed that I was set back with high administration fees. It was such a informative and honest financial planning seminar that we were so impressed with, that we made an appointment with Mr.Stene in his Melbourne office on Collins street and from there we have never looked back. His honesty, caring for people and above all it never cost as much as we had been paying before for a multitude of charges. His office staff both here in Melbourne and Sydney are very professional,friendly,prompt and we have been extremely happy with Mr.Stene's handling of our financial matters and would recommend him and his office to anyone who is looking to get Financial Planning to help them. I applied for a loan at 6am. By 10am it was approved and by 11am the money was in my account. The application process was one of the easiest and no-nonsense loans i have seen in a very long time. All I wanted was a short term $650.00 loan to help me out with Rego and electricity until I get my $750.00 stimulus payment in July as my housemate was admitted to hospital a week ago ....no where at any stage did I get the chance to explain this and was just fobbed off ....very poor ..
