I was satisfied with most of the service apart from one aspect about the cancelling of the auction insertion. I emailed Jackson Green and Preston the day after I received an offer for the property to tell them it would no longer be available for auction. It seems this message did not get passed on and it remained available for a further length of time until the auction office rang to find out what was happening.

I have rated Jackson Green and Preston five stars because not only was their valuation spot on but they sold my property very quickly and they kept me informed throughout the process. Kevin Broadhurst and James Stanhope took a watching brief right the way through and the staff Natasha and the others were always polite and helpful. I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent. I think they have made a good impression on the people living in my village too because I was asked why I chose a Grimsby agent when most of the villagers used agents more local However. I think they can now see why, as there are quite a few unsold properties that have been on the market much longer than mine. So, thank you all at Jackson Green and Preston.

On looking for a Surveyor to value and negotiate a lease extension on my leasehold flat, Kevin Broadhurst of Jackson Green and Preston was recommended to me.
He did not disappoint!! He was prompt in replying to my emails, gave me time to ask questions over the phone, and returned my calls when a message was left. All in all I would recommend him to any one of my friends looking for a similar service.

I am a first time buyer and was a little nervous about the whole house buying process but I needn't have been, they were excellent from start to finish. All staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful and the level of communication was exemplary. I was well informed every step of the way. Thank you to all staff for making my first house buying experience so easy and smooth.

it would have been 5 star because they were very informative in the process however on top of the £1500 fee v.a.t was added plus a charge of £85 for the E.P.C,
would not use them again

We used JGP to sell a house and found Fallon to be very professional in her manner, very friendly and communicative .
Coincidentally,we recently bought a house on the market with JGP and was very well looked after by Natasha, who again was so helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. Both ladies are a credit to JGP, and as such should be proud of these two ladies in their employment

After recently (March 2018) completing the sale of a rental property with Jackson Green and Preston I can confidently recommend them. The sale did not go smoothly due to a buyer at the end of the chain changing mortgage lenders and moving the completion date several times. Fallon at JG&P kept me informed at each stage and offered advice in a calm and friendly manner. I was provided with meter readings and the empty house was checked regularly to make the process as hassle free as possible.

JGP’s representative who dealt with our sale Julie Glover was excellent she kept us informed, answered our questions immediately and was extremely professional. As everywhere went into lockdown during this sale and she was working remotely this cannot have been easy but she emailed and telephoned keeping us informed every step of the way. Our purchaser was an elderly gentleman who was very indecisive and difficult to communicate with but she handled the transaction with great patience and professionalism, and we would like to thank her for helping secure the deal.

Natasha was fantastic, she kept us fully informed at all stages, even a call to say that she had still not had a reply from the vendor. The communication was brilliant as was the follow up and that is so important. In fact every dealing with JGP has been super.

JGP have really helped me throughout the whole buying process, it was not a straightforward purchase, and I a first time buyer. However they held my hand throughout, and for that I am really grateful, I highly recommend anyone looking at buying property in the Grimsby area give to them a visit, because they care about your home search, and follow up on everything they say they will. Top team!

I recently purchased a property from Jackson Green and Preston acting on behalf of sellers in a nearby village area. Julie Glover kept me updated and answered my questions quickly when I asked, was polite and professional and helped to reduce some of the stress of moving house.
Overall I am extremely happy with the service I received, I would recommend Jackson Green and Preston to anyone in the future.
