I found the sizing very tight and has to trim the cotton from the buttons and buttonholes.I may return it if I don't lose some weight in the next 4 weeks.

Ordered a tailored suit July 1st 2018. Estimated delivery was expected to be 45 days. After 50 days I contacted customer service. They didn’t respond until my second e-mail 10 days later. Promised to get it sorted right away. After promises and many e-mails the suit was sent out the week before Christmas with a promise that I would have the suit by Christmas. Christmas went by with no suit. Then I got contacted by someone that lived on the other side of my country that had got my suit in his mail. I got to pay him to send the suit to me. And of course Jennis & Warmann said that it wasn’t their fault. When I got the suit that I had waited for half a year it didn’t fit at all. And I had been very careful when measuring and sending in the measurements. But nothing were even close to my size. I contacted Jennis & Warmann about a return and they instructed me how to do and promised the money back. I got a return receipt from them where they claimed to have had my money refunded. But I never got any money. When I contacted them about this they blamed PayPal. I contacted PayPal and they confirmed that Jennis & Warmann had never made any refund to me. When i confronted customer service about that, they stopped responding. And that’s where I am now. Never ever buy anything from Jennis & Warmann. You might as well throw your money away or give them to charity, where they at least will do some good. Jennis & Warmann is a joke and a fraud.

I purchased 2 tailored suit, one was absolutely perfect. The other one wasn't as perfect , but was ok, not as fitted as I wanted it

I bought my suit in 2016. Still use it most days (aside from cleaning it!!) and never lost so much as a thread or button. Delighted.

We travelled from the midlands to London to purchase 3 suits for my wedding,groom,best man and my father,purchased all the shoes and ties whilst there,the suits were delivered 2 weeks before wedding and all fitted perfectly,couldn’t have been any easier thanks to the very helpful staff

I am not very happy at this moment in time.I ordered a suit jacket chest 42 and similar with waistcoat.All mu suits are chest 42 and fit me perfectly. When the suit arrived both jacket and waistcoat were too small.I am sending both these back for replacement,and if this is J and W 42,then I will need 44 chest.

A Truly Professional Company My made to measure three piece tweed suit arrived today and exceeded all of my expectations. The quality of the cloth and the workmanship are outstanding. I made sure that they had plenty of time for the creation of my suit, and I adhered to the letter when taking my own measurements (don't add or subtract from your measurements thinking you are making the allowances) This is the company's job, and they do it exceedingly well. I am not what you would call a standard size or shape - I am 6ft 4ins and weight 18.5 stones - this is the best fitting suit that I have ever had. I recommend Jennis & Warmann without hesitation.

Suit quality ok Tailoring was awful Communications pathetic Reliability suspect I ordered 14 tailored suits and 8 of them were incorrectly tailored, even after two attempts from their tailor. J is a great sales person. However, I wouldn't spend another pound with this company. Many of the plus reviews are false. The company had already leaked that out. They pay anyone for good reviews to dilute the appalling service. Please people. Keep your money or at least spend elsewhere. My dealings with this company was the most traumatic experience in my 44 years. Unprofessional. Unreliable. False. Unconcerned. Amateurs.

Ordered a tweed suit 3 weeks ago came and it is fantastic quality couldn’t ask for anything better, communication while they were making the suit was brilliant double checking the sizes I had input on the order form were correct couldn’t ask for better and brilliant value for money

I received 2 tweed jackets of differing colours from J and W. Both are very fine garments of excellent quality, but although I normally take a size 48 jacket as these are, both are slightly small, so I will need to return them. I was not intending to keep both and will have a difficult choice as to which I request a larger size in exchange.

Ordered Monday, arrived Thursday. Lovely suit, nice cut to it and shaped well. Slightly snug by other suits measurements, but fits well. Great cloth; will certainly order another suit in time.

Just received the herringbone tweed suit I ordered for my grandson for his prom night. It fits perfectly and he was thrilled with the modern styling on a great classic. My suit took a little while to arrive, but on first inspection the quality and the cut seem first class. The jacket sleeves are a tiny bit short but I often have this problem (longer than average arms I think), - hopefully Jennis and Warmann will be able to sort this out for me when I contact them.

Arranged an appointment in Mid-May and ordered 2 suits- blue 3 piece and brown 3 piece. It came around to the 35 days mark but no sign of the suits. To be fair they did admit there was a mishap by their tailor abroad and the wrong shipment was sent so there was a 2 week delay such was unfortunate. But when the suits came and I tried them on they were great. Made to measure suits really are a cut above standard off the rack ones. The quality of the tweed material was excellent and the finish was high quality. Overall very pleased with the quality and fit of the suits but I would advise to allow a fair few weeks to let your suit be made as things can go wrong. All in all I will definitely recommend J&W and will surely buy more myself.

Had a fitting in early May, all very easy and hassle free to do, chose material and style there and then, received the suit a few weeks later by DHL. Absolutely amazing quality for the price (£260!) and what I got. Received dozens of admiring comments when I wore it for my wedding. Would definitely buy from again were it not for the fact I am now living in the U.S!

Purchased 5 suits and the most important one the groom got completely wrong 4 times . Ended up trying to get refund and then having to purchase elsewhere at more cost as the day approached. Avoid this company as too risky if your suit don't fit first time . Customer service very bad and unprofessional staff that can't measure . So it's pot luck and your risk if it goes wrong . All made in China hence why if it's goes wrong you got no chance of a new one . Was not worth the stress they put in us for an important day that they just did not care for at all .They don't listen to the bad reviews but hope you do and avoid !!

We ordered four suits in July, two had the wrong inlay and one came with a jacket we didn't order and no shorts that we did. The other two suits had to be taken to a real tailor because you told us that you don't make the suits and it wasn't your problem. Despite numerous attempts at any kind of explanation, we was ignored. You're a bloody disgrace.
