Good service considering it was last minute before a bank holiday
Also they offered us later flights back to Southampton than Expedia so we had the whole day instead of a lunchtime flight

The travel agent made a mess of releasing the flight tickets and that caused delays at check in at both Aberdeen and in Jersey so wasted over an hour of our time standing at check in desks while Flybe staff tried to resolve the issues.
The service at the Norfolk hotel was efficient and the staff very friendly and helpful.
The hotel itself was kept clean and tidy and the food was good and plentiful.
The only downside was on the day of departure a 10 am check out was a pain as the return flight home wasn't until 6 at night. Fortunately the hotel allows you to leave your luggage until it's time to go to the airport. My wife inadvertently left her old I-pad on a table in the lounge near reception on our departure day and she only realized that at security control at Jersey airport, unfortunately it wasn't handed into reception and further phone calls to hotel failed to find the I-pad.So that soured the visit to Jersey a little ..but all in all worth a visit..

All was going well until we turned up for our return journey to Poole from Guarnsey when we were informed by Concord the ferry operator that our booking had been cancelled so we were put on standby but as I'm sure you are aware we didn't get on the ferry and had to stay an extra night this in its self wouldn't have been a problem but both myself and my wife had very important meeting the next day.

This year I was very late in booking my holiday due to family illness. However,whilst unable to get into my normal hotel or my first alternative Jersey Travel found me another suitable hotel which I booked. They then sent some promo info in the evening which I found very useful and upon ringing the following morning they were able to upgrade my booking without further charge.

We had a wonderful stay over the Easter Weekend. The room was excellent with a lovely view of the Marina and Elizabeth Castle. Everywhere was clean and tidy, the staff excellent and breakfast was perfect with lots of choice.

The out going Service 13.5.19 was very very bad as the fast boat was under repairs and the slow boat took 9 hours to reach Jersey from Poole. As there were twice the number of people on board we had to stand looking around for a seat for over 4 hours until we managed to seat ourselves. The next problem was there was no food available as the numbers was too big to cater for all. My wife is Coeliac and can only have gluten free food - none available. No one discussed upgrades with us but when we found out no seats in upgrades was available.

The Ferry back from Jersey to Poole was a very good Ferry and no complaints

Because of a delay of 7 hours until we could get a ferry home, then not being offered a suitable method of crossing along with our vehicle & 1 disabled passenger, by the time I finally arrived home after a 9 hour crossing with nowhere to sleep comfortably, I felt like I had not had a holiday.

The hotel was great but we felt two of the events in relation to the Battle of the Flowers (The Backstage Tour and the Meet Miss Battle on the Thursday morning) were not as expected and unnecessary..

We have trusted JT/CITS for years and know they efficiently organise the travel package - particularly this year with Flybe luggage complications. We discovered by chance that the flight times had been brought earlier and surprised they didn’t warn us.

Very easy to book everything in one place with one payment, easy to understand instructions and paperwork. The hotel we chose from the list - the Mornington Hotel was spotless with friendly staff and excellent breakfasts.

When our Condor ferry crossings were delayed and moved, Jersey Travel were very helpful moving accommodation and liaising with Condor , they also provided an out of hours mobile to contact Laura , the manager

They did a reasonably good job - we thought the lady we dealt with could have been more pleasant and helpful - we were not told about the seating options that were available - also we were told that the seating area we were allocated was only about a 15/20 minute walk from our hotel - it was in fact a 40 minute walk - for us as pensioners,transport to and from would have been a valuable addition,but again we were not given that option. The hotel was very nice,the food was excellent and the staff were really pleasant and helpful - but,it needed more seating areas for lounging about,their was just not enough for the amount of people in the hotel.

The only reason we gave 4stars is because the Battle of The Flowers information was misleading as we were dropped of 3miles from our stand by the hotels curtesy bus & my wife who has a breathing problem could not walk that far,we had to ask for help from a policeman who kindly found a mobility scooter for her needless to say we used public transport to get us back to the hotel.The rest of our holiday was excellent & the hotel was definitely 5star.

The three for two offer was great and the hotel lovely. However, it was disappointing on arrival that the booking had not been received. This meant hanging about in reception which was not a brilliant start.

I would rate the service much higher than2 but I didn't get time to go further. I found the Newton Hotel extremely clean and comfortable and with the most well run dining room I have ever experienced.

Apart from a 30-minute delay by FLYBE at Cardiff airport on the outward journey, everything went perfectly with the Norfolk Hotel's Waverley bus pick up on arrival and for return, being mosts efficient. This was our 7th successive stay at the Norfolk Hotel and as usual, thoroughly recommendable. Jersey Travel's documentation necessary for the holiday raised no problems and checking in at forward & return flights was effortless.

Yes 100percent, everything was highly professional, I am an ex soldier or thirty two years, so was really looking forward to it all, excellent and the hotel and the Island was spectacular, will come back soon.

Great service and advice - Becky sorted accommodation and travel for a group of us to run the Jersey Relay Marathon - 2 of us came out earlier and she suggested staying at Golden Sands, really lovely hotel - thanks Becky for your assistance across the whole week.
