Very good in everything 100% pleased I would recommend to everyone thank you.... especially Jennifer Aspinall was very good in explaining and patient I had two different girls assigned to my case but she was the best and got very good results.... thank you

Its was headache and rubbish i hated it so much i wish i had not know them the people who works there its UN real how they been trained and no one looks into the matter they don't take there job serious enough if i had the choice would ave changed and went we someone else but didn't want to go in the stress we another one as i was facing a lot of trouble as it is.

20 months, 3 fee earners and over 75 emails later, the majority chasing a resolution, i have had to settle even though my symptoms persist,for i can see no end in sight.

Used Jigsaw Law in the past and returned for a 2nd time. Giving an honest review first time they were faultless. 2nd time I cannot complain about the overall service they provided because they got the job done perfectly within a great time frame. My only comments would be at times it was difficult to get hold of the case handler but I also appreciate they have more than just my case to deal with... Regardless someone else would always do there best to help. I personally feel they are a superb company that do well in their field. Happy with it all.

Claim took almost two years to resolve despite being straight forward. Failed to return multiple telephone calls and emails. Had to continually chase.

Good service,great work and get the job done , definitely recommend, would definitely use them again , just a shame they don’t deal with accidents abroad as they would have had my wife’s recent unfortunate accident too

It has took 3 years to get my compensation. Communication has been very poor from Jigsaw, I had to initiate most of the contact throughout that time, otherwise I would not have known what was going on. Delaying tactics were used by the defendants solicitors, they ran rings around jigsaw staff dealing with my claim, it was not until recently that I received my compensation when my case was handed over to Stephen Anderson of the litigation department. I would not have given Jigsaw one star if it was not for Stephen.
It has been a very stressful time, thanks to the incompetence of certain Jigsaw staff. Note: that the defendants solicitor admitted liability for the accident one month after the accident !

Depend on the attorney they assign to your case..... which taken forever to resolve but the second attorney assigned to my case was brilliant and on the ball . Thank you brilliant service

I wish I could give them better score but I felt the whole experience very draining trying to get to through to my handler was sometimes near enough impossible very frustrating definitely will not recommend them

All in all very efficient, shame the person who was in charge of my claim changed 4 times, things could have moved a lot quicker- it took over 2 years to settle the claim.

Poor communication, sent wrong medical results to me + Form of Authority to fill in 3 times failed to get travel + other expenses accumulated through my NO FAULT accident taking over 12Month to settle my uncontested claim even though the 3rd Party’s Insurers admitted liability.
