Shayne helped us out with a pest problem. We had a noise in our ceiling space and Shayne investigated by checking out our roof and ceiling space initially laying baits but came back several times when the noises persisted. In the end Shayne set up cameras that detected a possum and the way the possum was accessing the roof space. Once the possum's "habits" were known he sealed up the entry point and no more noises! Shayne was very professional, reliable and the fee charged was very reasonable. I would recommend him to anyone with a pest problem.

Stephen (Jim's pest control services) was fantastic. He was prompt, had a friendly professional manner, was very well priced and incredibly thorough. Will definitely use again and recommend to others.

I recently had to arrange a termite inspection and contacted Jim's Pest Control. Mark contacted me quickly and arrived on time, he is a true professional and so knowledgeable and friendly. To me this constitutes great customer service and I would ask Mark to come again to do another inspection without any hesitation. I would also recommend Mark to my family and friends. Thank you!

We rang a few pest control companies for a quote. We found Vinnie from Jim’s Pest Control very knowledgeable on the treatment required, was very understanding, flexible and and above very patient in explaining the process. The price quoted was very competitive. Today he came to the house and delivered the service as agreed. We can highly recommend Vinnie - came on time and did a very thorough job.

Very responsive! I sent my question in on a Thursday evening, was contacted early Friday morning and Eric came to the rescue over that weekend. Eric was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We would be happy to have him come back if we need anything else done.

Would highly recommend as efficient, friendly, responded quickly to enquiry, well priced. Very happy and will use again - thanks Graham! As a small cafe, love having all the documentation put into a folder for record keeping of the pest control and ready to be marked off for the next pest control. Saves me heaps of time. Also love that Graham will contact me when nearing the next treatment. Again tick - another thing I don't have to remember to do!

Martin from Jim's Pest Control solved my problem for me on the day I asked for help. No more rats!! (I'd been trying to get rid of them, for 6 months or more) and no more disappearing veges and fruit from our garden (or as Martin called it "the rat's smorgasbord"). Also provided me with some great tips for the future

Gerry was very professional and friendly. He offered a very competitive quote to treat the pests at my rental. I was impressed that all items were itemised on the invoice and photos of treatment areas were included. Gerry's communication and service was very prompt and I cannot recommend Gerry highly enough!

I had a problem with pigeons nesting under my solar panels. Jim's Pest Control was the first one that I contacted. I was very impressed by how responsive their team was and did not look any further. I got a quote and was clearly explained what it included / involved. The team was punctual, focused and the job was done in no time. I was emailed a receipt and photos for my own records. Very professional business!

We suspected we had termites and rodents, I contacted Jim's Pest Control and was pleasantly surprised by a quick response and booking. Edmon was the gentleman that did our job and he was very good. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and explained everything I asked about various options, and he didn't try to upsell options I didn't need.

I would certainly recommend Adrian from Jim's Pest Control. He couldn't have been more helpful and turned up exactly when he said he would. A bit more expensive than I thought but he delivered the goods!

We recently required assistance when a bird was caught up in our chimney. John Chan was able to attend to this a couple of hours after my call. Fortunately, the bird was able to extricate itself but John was very thorough in checking our chimney and fireplace then repairing entry points to prevent any future issues.
John was very methodical, explained what he was doing clearly, undertook the repairs thoroughly. Highly recommended.

Luke was very polite and friendly. He came on time and did a great job to get rid of rats in our attic. I will definately use Jims again. We have used them for window cleaning as well and he was friendly and reliable as well. I trust Jims and feel that the cost is very reasonable.
