I have been order with Hufford for a number of years now. I have always been happy with their products and their delivery is the quickest of anyone I deal with.

I ordered a Jura 14 oz. stainless steel thermal milk container at their listed price of $79.00 which the description said would inlude from Jura 1 Clearyl Blue Water Filter and 2 Cleaning Tablets. At the same time, I also ordered 6 Cleaning Tablets, 1 Clearyl Blue Water Filter and Jura Liquid Cappuccino Cleaner. The order arrived promptly, however, only 1 not 2 Clearyl Water Filter was included and only the 6 Cleaning Tablets I had paid for.

When I contacted J.L. Hufford, I was told there was a mistake on their web page and the Water Filter and Tablets should not be shown as included. The offer shown was a major reason why I chose to purchase from them. However, rather than honoring the offer which would have been worth about $25, they gave me a $13 credit.

I would be cautious about dealing with this company.

I have not received my order yet, I chated online with the customer service 3 days after ask about the tracking No. for shipping and I chose the 3-5 business delivery, but she/he say your confused about the ET April 8 that it will be deliver after that. The Date I ordered the vitamix 750 was March 20th it should be delivered this week? Can't wait, but it's all good. JL HUGFORD is the best has great price and good customer service (-:

coffee and grinder arrived within 4 days

I have used JL Hufford quite a few times in the past and have always been satisfied with their service. Sometimes they are out of the product I'm ordering and it has to be back-ordered, but I still get my order in a timely manner. This time, I ordered 11 cans of Cocoa and they only had 10, so they shipped me 10 and are crediting my MC card for the 11th can. I will check my next statement to make sure I get the credit.

It took 2 weeks and 2 days to get the machine. When I complained about the way they were doing business, I got smart answers.

Ordered Vitamix pro750 on Jul 15, was told delivery day on Jul 25. Received an email today that their shipment delayed and will be expecting shipment end of next week......but my Visa was charged on Jul 15! How could they charge their customers if they do NOT even have product in stock???

Jul 26 - Received an email today from JL Hufford that they are compensating a 32oz dry container with no extra charge and will ship together with the machine when available. Will give update later.

Aug 1 - Received an email that order(s)has shipped. Will give update later.

Aug 7 - Received Pro 750 and dry container. Highly doubted the machine is a used or reconditioned - dulled blade, marks and scratches.... Very disappointed!

I appreciate the discount, but I'm spoiled by Amazon's 2-day shipping and it's painful to wait 10days for anything these days. Hoping my order arrives tomorrow!

I ended up cancelling my order because there was a delay in getting the Vitamix 750 from your source. Since I was anxious to get it I found it elsewhere in stock for the same price.

The item arrived one day earlier than anticipated and it was exactly as advertised

The item came to New Mexico in just 3 days. The servce was excellent. I will consider hufford again when I need something for my kitchen.

The Vitamix 750 Pro we ordered April 29th 2013 should have shipped on May 10th 2013 which was a 10 day delay after order date...! It may not have shipped as of May 17th 2013 and shich is another 7 days delay of shipment. Our purchase did not ship on time and we have not received it yet as of May 19th 2013.

I am writing this on 5-18-13 eight days later and still no order recieved.

The coffee mug was just about the same as the one I picked up at a local store in Vermont while visiting. The only blemish is a small greyish spot at the bottom interior of the mug. I am sure it is nothing but it doesn't look pristine.

I am still waiting on customer service to acknowledge that my order was placed after sending a message saying how much shipping would be to Alaska.

I have been a customer for many years, and as always, the service was fantastic. Placing an order is very easy and that order is received within a few days. I love, love, love my Chai Tea and my cup of chai every morning gets my day off to a good start. J.L.Hufford staff and products are both example of quality customer service and quality products.
