This company failed to comply with my cancellation request and have now held onto my money for over 2 weeks since I requested a cancellation. They appear to take 2-3 days minimum to respond to emails (although I note they tend to respond quicker to reviews here). I regret ever ordering anything from them. I have detailed my recent problems with this company below.

On 27th May at 05.41 I ordered a Treadmill at a cost of nearly £500. I immediately realised that I had ordered this in error and at 05.51 I sent an email cancelling the order.

At 7.10am on 27th May I sent another email via amazon to the same effect. I was unable despite numerous attempts to contact JLL on the telephone number provided.

On the 29th of May at 09.25am I received a response to my cancellation request to say that the order had already been posted.

Eventually, I was told a Return to Sender had been requested, later it was indicated that this had not been done and on 6/6/20 the item arrived at my door and I refused delivery (as I had informed JLL I would).

I raised this as a formal complaint on 6/6/20 and have yet to receive a response to that.

This company have now had my money for 15 days. Despite legal obligations requiring them to facilitate cancellation of orders.

I purchased an IC300 Pro indoor bike in October 2019 and my experience of JLL Fitness has been nothing but first class. The bike itself is very high quality and excellent value. It is sturdy and very quiet - I am able to use it in a top floor flat without disturbing any neighbours. I've also had excellent customer service since purchase from JLL. They have responded to some technical questions very promptly and always made every effort to understand and answer.

Ordered dumbells, arrived within 2 days. Amazing quality

I ordered a treadmill in late May, the handrail/console part has arrived yesterday, no phone call from the courier to say they were coming nearly an hour before the quoted time, just got a text to say it was left behind the bin on the drive - not exactly a safe place! No sign of the main base of the treadmill. I can't get through to the courier, have also rang JLL fitness several times - but can't get an answer, also emailed again no reply. On the tracking info from the couriers email it states delivered. Don't know how else to contact JLL fitness, contact form on their website doesn't work either! Extremely disappointed in the service!!!!

Excellent service, arrived in 2 days despite longer lead time quoted. Very pleased with the product.

I recently went to JLL in Birmingham and bought a JLL 400 spinning bike. The shop had a excellent choice of equipment and the man who we dealt with us gave us good honest advice, and I have to say we are very impressed with the quality and performance of the bike .

Did wonder if a £164 bike could be as good a gym spin bike and the answer is yes, very sturdy I weigh 16 stone and supports well, no movement from bike, love everything about it, chain can be a bit noisy but ain't we all listen to some loud banging tunes when spinning

I obtained a County Court judgment in claim no E8QZ19WK 15.08.19 after their unlawful practices were exposed. "30 day warranty" and "Non refundable" are invalid terms and both new and ex showroom models are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I had to sue as they refused to repair or replace an IC300Pro which they sold to me with duff wheel bearings. The full price was awarded with costs and expenses. BEWARE.

10/10 ALL GOOD

Treadmill broke twice within 1 year. I'm 90kg max and used it 45 minutes a day with diligent maintenance. JLL managed to: screw up the initial delivery (sent 2 treadmills and courier thought they were collecting a treadmill on top of that), screw up the pick-up of the second treadmill, screw up the pick-up when the treadmill broke, sent me an email admitting fault for the broken treadmill, before sending me a second email full of paranoid ravings of how I must have sabotaged it, refused to respond to emails sent by Amazon on my behalf, refused to send me copies of the warranty because I dared report them to a consumer advocacy group. If you buy this product it won't last, and they have no intention of honouring the warranty (if they even bothered to write one). Avoid, avoid, avoid.
