As far as I can tell, this whole company is a scam. The site loaded OK for a day or two, then it just stopped loading any tests. The home page loads, but not any test. Even when the tests were loading right, the buttons to select answers didn't work properly. And the explanations for why incorrect answers are incorrect were useless to anyone who wants to understand why their answer was wrong and learn to give correct answers. I have tried this site on my phone and laptop, with several different browsers. I have used their reporting mechanism to report broken links and non-functional buttons, but they don't respond. I would consider all the positive reviews here to be fake. JobTestPrep exists, but apparently only as a trap for suckers - they can't actually help you prep for any job tests. Avoid them. I am going to leave a similar review on every site that I can find, so if you see this wording repeated, don't assume that it is because I am a robot. It is because I am a pissed consumer who wants other to avoid wasting money like I did.

The worst experience ever!!!
I bought preparation course for TSA test. I spent week and a half studying and getting ready for my test. When I started my test for TSA at the testing office, I found out that test is totally different. Nothing NOTHING what I was preparing and studying was in my test. It was totally new game, so I could just save $79. X-ray was totally different than JobTestPrep test,10 times harder and objects are totally different than in Prep test. The vocabulary is totally another words than in Prep test. The guide JobTestPrep give you to study had nothing similar with questions and parts in real test. Also, JobTestPrep had never gave me discount how they claimed after I got free sample. They charged me full amount even with link they gave me for discount. I would never ever use again this site. I feel like they are scammers. Save your money!

The website is buggy and doesn't work right. I asked for a refund just a few hours after signing up and they keep sending me emails from different people and not giving me a refund! Beware!!! From some time spent on the website, the few practice tests that worked were almost identical and ridiculously simple, not even close to what was advertised.

I have a test to be finished on 26 Dec 2017.
So I bought a one year service on 21 Dec 2017.
But I cannot login my account and the webpage shows "HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable."
I have receipt and screenshots proving what I have said is correct.
So disappointed!!!!!!

I bought the 6 months worth £49 package based on the review to practice SJT for graduates. I should have followed some of the review given here. Yes, I confirm to those negative comments, which has claimed to JobTestPrep questions to be irrelevant. From, my personal experience as well, the practice questions weren't relevant to the actual test questions. I am utterly disappointed!!! I warned to other people to check before you buy!!

Hello, I bought 6 months service in spring 2019 to train on PAPI 3 cubiks for the position of manager. I found useful the JobTestPrep pdf guide book regarding the general description of the necessary skills required for that position, but the test was different from their computer simulation.
Actually I was training on one sentence in each screen shot and I had to chose the level among various steps, from totally disagree to totally agree, while on the real test I had four sentences on each screen shot and I had to chose the one I more agree and the one I more disagree.
The real test was much more difficult due to the fact that the four sentences in certain cases had similar importance and I had difficulties to take a decision, and being coherent with previous answers.
in addition the real test took me more 25 minutes instead of the 18 minutes that I was spending many times to complete all the simuation. I'm not satisfied of this purchase, it should be more realistic.

UPDATED FROM 1 STAR : I WAS IMMEDIATELY CONTACTED BY CUSTOMER SERVICES WHO ISSUED A REFUND
I bought the full package (6 months access) but mainly wanted to practice for BNP Paribas e-cut test.
The material is very old (early 2000s).
I took the real BNP e-cut test on friday 16/08 and noticed many differences vs. jobtestprep training:
- no numerical test in the real assessment;
- a lot harder vs. the practice.

In the end I did not have to do the maths test I expected but the 40 exercises I did has already given me a complete revision of my maths O level 35 years on ! Also since I am a premium customer I can test my verbal reasoning which I will try to make time for each week for the next 10 months (hopefully finding time). You have a nice broad range of tests, very good, thanks. Paul

We searched online and found that this business has an active Facebook page with 666 followers. From our experience this can indicate that the business is either not actively engaged with online communication or is new and growing. We have discovered that this business has SSL (secure sockets layer), which means that this business handles your data, such as personal information or credit card details, with secure connection. We found that the domain for this business is older than two years which could be an indication that this is a trustworthy business with an established customer base and experience in their field.
