In November I became a member of a 49 kr promotion to use yoga until January 1st. I made the cancellation on December 18th. I was surprised that today was discounted 559 kr from my account. I canceled the membership card on time and expected it to be charged only 49kr. How can we solve this?

I have enrolled in the 2 month membership yoga course and opted-out in time. I have never used the membership nor downloaded the card.
Today I found out jo:ga will illegally deduct 449 kr for a membership which I have not requested. I am not the only one in this case, which makes it even worse.
I have tried to reach out to them by phone - automatic robot response, and email: 2 different addresses found in the email from them, yet none of them is specified in the response comment from the team.
NoticeI that I have not received any confirmation mail from them when I subscribed from the service 2 months ago, nor received any kind of alerts from them about my membership status!
