My 1st experience of a car dealership our advisor Ben Kennell absolutely fantastic great advice from start to finish which we needed as motability customers

Couldnt fault them from the 1st visit to there showroom, to the day we drove of in our new car .

I am a disabled driver, and the personal service we received from Alex at the Lowestoft branch was second to none. We were kept informed, every step of the way, as to the progress of our order. We would highly recommend this Ford dealership to anyone, disabled or not, looking for their next motor vehicle.

I cannot praise john grose enough from the time my new car was ordered to the time I picked it up from the showroom thanks especially to Jacques dammant and Adam hills I was kept informed from the time it went into the production line to the car being built to the arrival from the factory to the uk and time of arrival at john grose ipswich not once did I not know of any updates as the process was completed .
Jacques in particular is a credit to the company for his professionalism attitude when he deals with customers

I have been a customer at John Grose for over twenty years and NEVER regretted it. From the warm welcome from the reception to any problems my car my have, nothing is too much trouble. In the dealership there is a very comfortable waiting area with TV, soft seating and free hot drinks. The customer service is brilliant and I would advise anybody looking to buy a new or used Ford to use John Grose as first stop.

This is the third time in three years I have returned to John Grose in Lowestoft but the first time for a non commercial.
I can now confirm that the car sales team are as friendly, informative and helpful as the commercial side, nothing is too much bother.
They found me a great Kuga, made the figures work and exceeded my expectations on our trade in.
The hand over was smooth, D'Jamel was a delight to deal with and I would recommend him to everyone, he works really hard to meet your expectations.
The best review I can give is that I live in Norwich and pass two other Ford dealers on the way travelling to Lowestoft. They never fail to impress so why change.

You are missing out on one of the great driving experiences of the 21st Century. During my Formula One life I have had the privilege of owing many prestigious vehicles.
But having took a test drive in a DS7 supplied by John Grose Ipswich, and a fantastic salesman Sam Wiseman really made the day. I was gobsmacked at the DS7 on how comfortable, power, and driving style. Bearing in mind I hadn't gone there to buy, but just to test the DS7, but I was just blown away with the whole package. After going for a decent test drive with Sam I couldn't fault the DS7 in anyway. After being at John Grose (Ipswich) and Sam for 4hrs a deal was done, and I have to say I don't drive bog standard cars, but Sam was very accommodating and we came to the word "compromise" to what I wanted and what they could do. I can guarantee you will not be sorry to own a PRESTIGIOUS DS7, in fact everywhere we go in the car, people actually stop us and say what a fantastic looking car.
Fuel consumption 44mpg on a run, 36mpg round town top speed in excess of what DS7 say.
