Another week passed and still no sign so more chasing up and oh look it the. Gets dispatched! Order arrived a couple of days later, minus an extra two sets of lashes, on chasing this up I was told that I’d been refunded for them. To which I hadn’t and another week later still haven’t!
I’ve been in back and forth communication with the poor customer service who repeatedly tell me it’s refunded and think that a dispatch not saying they’re not in the order surfaces over my payment and refund statement on PayPal.
I WONT be using this company again and certainly wouldn’t recommend them.

I purchased the uniglow elixir after seeing an ad on facebook and nothing but positive reviews for it. The elixir arrived and after using it for a few days it may my skin red, dry and itchy. I stopped using it and asked the company for a refund for this reason. I sent the item back as per their policy, this has to be done recorded delivery at the buyers cost. After a chase up email a refund was recieved. After a couple of days I went on the facebook page and left an honest review of the serum , this was subsequently deleted by the company, i have no idea why as it stated as per above what it did to my skin and nothing else. I was also blocked from the page! I have then reviewed the company here which also got reported by Jolie Beauty. I also contacted the company again after their response on my previous review and have not yet had the courtesy of a reply. I will not personally be using this company again and I will be very cautious in future about buying from a company that only has positive reviews on social media.
