My First order, everything was great, the account manager Liam particularly helpful. On delivery I only got about a third of my order. There was never an indication that the full order would not be delivered. I rang customer services and left a message as instructed for a call back within the hour. No Call back in 4 hours. I then contacted Liam and everything resolved.

I placed my regular order ( goggles ) in January and received it in April, I was not informed at any time about the delay and had to ring up more than once. As these goggles are sewn into a flexible welding hood for my customers it was embarrassing having to try to explain the delay, because of this I was close to losing my contract. I did manage to source goggles elsewhere an that saved the day.

I was promised that there would be a minimum of 12 months date on the masks when I phoned to enquire but unfortunately they expire in September

We placed the order in January and had to chase until we finally received it in February, first order wasn't received 12 January to orders@? resent wasn't processed to order@ attention Sophie! Turns out after contacting again to be told "the system doesn't accept pdf files!" However after managing to finally secure our order 5 February, Anita Chick's service was 100%

I chose this rating as one of the items I ordered had a June lead time. I replied asking if the date was accurate and they advised that it was but they offered me an alternative.

After asking for specific delivery date to which JSP honored, my client changed his mind at the last minute but this wasn't a problem for Anita and her team. Anita sorted everything out for me with her courier 1st class service as ever !

We can't thank Liam, Ben, Jim and the team at JSP enough - we always get a quick response to any queries we send (regardless of how ridiculous they are) and on multiple occasions they've gone above and beyond to assist us in meeting a clients requirements. As a business we rely on the quick delivery and availability of products and JSP certainly understand this and work hard to meet our requirements.

Orders these on 4th tang accounts my account was fine looked at email and confirmation saying account on hold rang today said there was no reason for account to be on hold now items I have ordered due 16dwcember

In error I have ordered the wrong safety specs and now have a 20% restocking penalty as a result.

This seems incredibly unfair for account customers who have been regularly ordering from JSP for the last 20 years. Especially when I intend to reorder the correct safety specs that were required.

Very disappointed with the customer service policy on this occasion.
