We have just had settlement going through and want to comment on the excellent service by all the team at Julie Morris, including Brad, Georgia and Claire. They kept us updated all through the process, always helpful and professional. Their fees were much better than most others. We will recommend their business willingly!

On-schedule service for property title transfers and full reports provided even after two years of their service. Service fees are reasonable as well.

Just settled my first ever purchase yesterday, the whole experience was great from start to finish, the developers pushed back the settlement at least 4 times but Brad, Claire and sometimes Anthony always kept me up to date with what was happening, the fees were much cheaper than anyone else I could find local to me (Altona area)

5 STARS all round won't hesitate to use JMC again

Had been dealing with them for little over 6 weeks for an issue of section 32 to sell a land. Very sluggish way of operating; no return of calls; Only realise your subject and tasks, upon your calls (otherwise no action). Absolutely zero negotiation with other party - but act as if a post man "I asked, and they said no" (I personally rang the other end, and got things agreed much easier than relaying on Julie Morris conveyancing)

I had been with 3 conveycer companies. JMC is my best service. They helped us selling with my property two years ago and I went back to them this year for my purchase. It wouldn’t work out so smoothly without their help.
Highly recommend JMC to everyone. Thank you Brad, Anthony, Claire, Georgia and Chantelle.

I am really impressed with the professionalism of the team at Julie Morris in Point Cook. This was my first time dealing with them and compared to a few previous conveyncers I had dealt with, their customer service, support and technical expertise were tremendously better and higher. They demonstrated all possible flexibility and a positive attitude throughout the process to make sure my land settlement was done before Xmas, as I was at risk of facing vendor penalties due to delayed bank loan process. I am more than glad to give a positive feedback.

My second settlement with JMC in 24 months, and as always they handled my purchase professionally and totally stress free from my side. I would never recommend anyone else to deal with your conveyancing matters. All the staff at JMC are so friendly and reassuring that you can't help but get the feeling that you've known them for years, a very big thank you to you all from my Wife and I, amazing service, and see you next time, that's 100% certain.

Each situation has been vastly different, yet the expertise of JMC's staff has achieved the optimal outcome with the least stress. Would highly recommend!

Once you sign with them they cease all communication up until settlement day. This is extremely frustrating when they don't feel the need to answer any of questions.

This is the second Conveyancing that Julie and her crew have handled for us. They always go far beyond what I would expect in terms of service and friendliness. They give timely reminders of deadlines and attend to all that needs to be done with no fuss.i highly recommend!

Being a first home buyer we were very anxious about the settlement and financial transfers. Brad from Julie Morris was such a calming influence and helped us understand the process and the next steps. The team at Julie Morris sent us prompt alerts well in advance before key dates and made the the entire settlement process very smooth for us. Great service would recommend them strongly.
