Was referred by a colleague, and was excited to order for the first time; however, I was disappointed by my experience as I was ordering gifts for National Nurses Week to thank our dedicated, sacrificing nurses during the COVID pandemic, when the items I ordered went out-of-stock. So, I ordered a substitute, and—despite a promised-by delivery date—that order could not be delivered in time. So, I called customer service, whom, of course, was someone working remotely as most of us are, but was not very helpful nor accommodating. But I decided not to cancel, opting instead for a later-than-quoted delivery when I received an email informing me that that item, which was due to be delivered the next day, was now out-of-stock. Overall, poor customer service, but the bright side is that their chocolate box gifts and bar products came out nicely.

Just Candy made my purchase of 50 lbs. of Hersey Kisses so easy. I called to confirm they had everything in stock. They were very friendly and helpful. The candy was shipped very quickly. I would recommend Just Candy and will be using them again.
