Just Flight

The newest flight sim of X-Plane versions. Aircraft texture very good, better than some FSX add-on. Scenery quite ok and better, except for city scene. They don't add airports buildings, too sad. Fulfill simulator enthusiasts for piloting or cockpit riding to fly the aircraft. But, don't dissapoint if you meet memory problem with your PC or laptop, since it's common and many discussion to this problem. Frankly, very challenging

I have just about had it. 40 USD down the drain. The addons here are excellent at using my internet connection to validate my payment EVERY TIME I run the game, but not so good at running in general without crashing. Too many errors for this one, I'm sick to death of it.

Unfortunately, the quality of payware addons for flight simulators really varies, and not all payware is up to scratch. I found this out with the Comet Jetliner payware from JustFlight. Avoid. It is not up to scratch. The engine sounds are terribly implemented, the optimisation terrible (on a Ryzen 2nd gen, Vega 56, 8GB 3200MHz RAM PC, the Comet Jetliner struggles to maintain 30fps on the ground, with a 30fps cap set in FSX), and it freezes (crashes) the flight simulator after a few seconds on the takeoff roll. This is entirely the fault of the addon, as: - The default FSX planes work great. - It obviously has nothing to do with the hardware - The software I used with the addon (Windows 10, FSX SP2) meets the stated requirements. I did receive a refund after complaining, but only after a week-long support thread attempting to solve the problems, even though it was blatantly obvious it was the addon that was the problem. The support member was kind, but I did not feel as though he knew what he was talking about. One piece of advice he offered - installing an older Visual C++ redistributable package - was completely irrelevant to my problem and also reckless. Not only did it not fix the problems with the addon, it also caused problems launching other software on my PC. I followed the support in good faith, even though I did wonder what installing redistributable packs had to do with the addon before following the advice. If it were not for that terrible advice which caused problems with other software on my PC, I would not have posted this review. If you've ever had problems with software not starting due to Visual C++ redistributable issues, you'll know how frustrating it is. Two stars because I received a refund.

We found that the domain for this business is older than two years which could be an indication that this is a trustworthy business with an established customer base and experience in their field.
