British "team" are extremely helpful - a little disappointed with on-site personnel who didn't reply to phone message left on answer machine even though problem was sorted the next day by the maintenance team - a courtesy response would have been nice.

I've booked holidays through Just resorts for the past few years. They've never let me down and this year was no different. As always, friendly and efficient service. I strongly recommend them.

Our second holiday booked through Karen, will not book through anyone else. Nothing too much trouble for her. So very helpful, friendly, professional and an absolute joy to talk to. I have recommended Karen to everyone and am already planning our next trip. Superb, exceptional service. Thank you

This is the second year we have booked and Vikki has always been very efficient and friendly, understanding what does and does not work for us. Her restaurant recommendations and bookings were brilliant and also help with sports clubs again could not be faulted when we changed things around. Again for our Summer 2019 holiday she has been great. The only thing may be an increased loyalty bonus for our second year of booking and also for recommending my brother in law

Very efficient, prompt and friendly service - we received a selection of properties from which we were able to select the one we wanted to book and then did so within less than 24 hours from start to finish.

This is the second year we have booked a family multi generation holiday with Just Resorts. I cannot recommend them highly enough for offering a very personal, responsive and efficient service. VikkI was able to understand our needs and offered many options where she and her family had visited previously and experienced. When booking a holiday from Just Resorts you are not relying on a brochure, you have the comfort of the advice from experienced personnel who offer so much more than a glossy brochure ever could and you can book your much anticipated holiday in confidence.

My partner and I have visited La Manga every autumn for quite a few years. We do obtain quotes from other travel agents but we always end up with Just Resorts. The deals they offer are invariably better than any others but, even if they weren't, we'd probably still go for Just Resorts. The staff, especially Karen, are always so helpful and very patient in catering for our particular requirements. It's also good fun talking to them, which makes it all the more pleasant. We've never been disappointed and I've no doubt we'll be dealing with them again this time next year!

From the moment I called at 7.45 one evening the service I received from Vicki was first class. Friendly, efficient and helpful in every way. Nothing too much trouble. Highly recommended.

I deal with Sam Rippingham who is excellent and a credit to your business.
The flights however were a different story. The thomas cook flight legroom is awful. The airline stewards were less than pleasant. No consideration to our flying with 4 young children. I would avoid flying with this airline in the future unless absolutely necessary. If you would like to discuss any of my comments please feel free to get in touch.

We are so pleased we discovered just resorts 3 years ago. We’re booked 3 holidays with them and wouldn’t consider booking with anyone else.

Karen and vicki Ashton are superb at their jobs. They go above and beyond to exceed our needs and expectations when booking our holidays.

Last year when Thomas cook folded vicki and karen quickly sorted out our alternative flights so we did not lose our holiday.

They go the extra mile to ensure everything is taken care of and answer every question and nothing is ever a problem.

This is the third time that we have booked our Tennis Warrior, La Manga break through Karen. It is always a pleasure to have her book our break, she is helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and always goes the extra mile to accommodate our group of six needs': booking us onto different flights, booking us into restaurants, arranging transfers, and getting us into nice rooms at the lovely Hotel Principe Felipe. We couldn't recommend 'Just Resorts' enough, it equates to: peace of mind, a good price and the feeling of being really looked after - you can't beat it.

Our 2nd booking with Vikki at Just Resorts for the Ikos hotel group.

Vikki goes above & beyond to help with our questions & enquires to make sure we get a top notch experience at the resort. Nothing is too much trouble and she makes booking a holiday stress free.

We have travelled with Just Resorts several times now over the past few years
and they truly cannot do enough to ensure that the holiday you want is the holiday
you get. I have and, without hesitation, will continue to recommend them.
Their professionalism, comprehensive knowledge, willingness to help and
friendly attitude adds up to a service that would be very hard to better. A great company.
