I purchased fog lights from there that they say they have in stock but 2 weeks go by and still no tracking number. I call them they tell me sory for delay we will send it today. 3 more days go by and still no tracking number. I wouldn't buy anything else from there again.

Ordered a pair of headlights on Thursday for something time sensitive and recieved an email on Friday that my order was canceled because a proper name was not provided on the order.

If a proper name was not provided, how was it able to submit when it's a required field. If a proper name was not provided then how did they verify that my credit card was valid and complete the order. And most of all of a proper name was not provided WHY DID THEY NOT CALL THE PHONE NUMBER LISTED RIGHT THERE ON THE ORDER TO VERFIY. This is horrible customer service, ridiculius. I obviously provided a name or I would not have been able to submit the form. Now since it's Friday, I won't be able to resolve this until Monday meaning I may not complete the project on time. Based on the other feedback on the site they will most likely not offer anything as a consolation. Not only will I not receive my memorial day discount I will have to pay EXTRA to get the item on time from someone else. Based on this first impression I don't plan to ever order from K2 again and will make sure to let all of my friends know not to purchase either.


-=====================RECENT REVIEW UPDATE (WILL UPDATE RATING WHEN RESOLUTION RECIEVED):======================= Thank you for the response. While I appreciate the offer for a call (which I am still waiting for), I don't think this solves my issue(s). As I said, my card was verified and has to be verified in order to submit the order form on you site (for example, you cannot enter fake info OR no name and still submit the order by pressing the submit button). Second, my card WAS INFACT charged. I am looking at the charge right now on my bank statement online. In order to process a card you need to have a name. So I'm not sure how it was processed then. Last, I ask AGAIN, why does K2 even ask for a phone number if they aren't going to use it? It would have solved this whole issue if someone would have have used the phone number that was there in clear sight. I ALSO called the customer service center last Thursday at 4pm pst to see the status of my order that was placed at 12 noon that day. They were unable to find the order by name but found it by address which should have rung a bell being a customer service rep to inform me AND fix the name error at that time. So all in All K2 had not one but TWO chances to fix this issue without conflict but failed in both. This is just bad customer service. While I do appreciate the honoring of the promotional discount, how will I get my product on time now seeing as how it is time sensitive? If this error was resolved earlier as it should have been, my product would be arriving today? Am I now to pay an extra 30-70 dollars for expedited shipping in order to get my product on time even though ground shipping should have been fine as of thursday? Furthermore, after contacting another site, they offered to not only match the price but give me free rush shipping to compensate for my lack of service. If you want a good example of great customer service that is it (I'll give more information once I receive the promised follow up call).

=======FINAL UPDATE=====
Received a call from K2 and they were able to provide assistance via an explanation. Although I still had to go through another front end to get my product, The K2 rep did offer their direct line and discount for any future issues which I think is a great start, they were also very helpful and answered the majority of my questions. I am still unsure why my card was pre-authorized without complete information but I am confident that this issue will not happen in the future based in our conversation. Based on this, I will be hesitant to order with K2 in the future but I will certainly at least consider them again to see if my overall experience can be improved. As such I have raised my rating to reflect my honest feedback for the company.

BMW e38 led rear tail lights Cloudy lens after 4 months of use. Car is never driven in rain and sits under a water resistant bmw car cover all year long. In fact they have less than 450 miles of use.
When asked about replacement they declined to stand by their product.
I strongly suggest going elsewhere to spend your money. Very disappointed and wish that they had the decency to replace them.

I have purchased twice now from k2. Both purchases required some questions to be answered such as: to make sure I got the right headlights and that they would be as I hoped they would be. Both times I received quick caring communication with k2 and both times they saw that things were taken care of timely. I really wish they sold more parts for my car so I could give them more business.

Missed a digit in phone number, needed within five days, paid for overnight. After 3 days with no update on shipping or order process I tried to call in fact I called four times, one time left a message 10 days later on fifth try I get through and find they never processed order or tried to contact me. I had a missing digit in my phone number. Customer service was rude, and overall whole experience was very unprofessional.

I had to call the company after a week with no delivery to find out that they supposedly called me before and the number was wrong when it was not. I was told I needed to verify something over the phone before they could ship my product. I waited a week to hear this and I called them. Then they said they emailed me which they didn't because how is it that I can recieve an email receipt of the transaction the day I ordered it and not receive an email about verifying my information on the order? Then I was told it would not be shipped today (1/23/2015 a Friday) because it's not a business day. Almost 2 weeks for this product. I would have expected next day shipping for no additional cost to re satisfy me but nope. I'm very dissatisfied. Would not recommend this place to anyone nor will I shop here again.

I called in due to my package tracking saying delivered, a wonderful rep by the name Cassandra helped me out by filing a claim for me, during that she actually found that ups delivered to the wrong address!! She made me feel secure and helped get another package out to me as soon as possible!! thank goodness for good customer service still existing during times like this ! I can't imagine ups loosing my paackage and being out hard earned money ! Thank you k2 Motor and Cassandra !

I had ordered two 03-07 Infinity G35 2D Pro H.L. W OE HID lights. They very fast and looked fine. Disappointed in the cheap flimsy rubber back cap covering the expensive bulbs. Within one day one of the caps dislodged and between that and the drivers side light that had a gap in the cover and the body water was able to get in the housing and shorted my $499.00 Ballast.
I have been calling between 10-20 times a day during their business hours and as of yet have never been able to speak to someone that can help me. i get a girl called Kelly who apologizes and then transfers me to a song recording and after 16-18 minutes of sitting on the phone it hangs up on me or asks for me to leave my number which I have DONE REPEATEDLY TO NO AVAIL. As of now I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

I received a prompt call and they said that they will be taking care of this issue. I will keep everyone posted. Thank You

I purchased a set of step bars for my fathers truck, but despite careful measuring, somehow they didn’t fit the mounting style for his truck. The product was otherwise great quality, as described and expected, and arrived in a timely fashion. The sustainer service helper I had (thanks James C) was super helpful and nice; helping me figure out how to structure a return for such a bulky item. I would use them again for parts Because of their customer service and product quality... I’ll just double check all measurements next time :)

I bought the projector headlights for my wife's Honda. with in the week there where installed the low beams light bulb had went out. I wouldn't recommend this lights for any body. plus there not even that bright. the only thing they have going for them is the look.

My order arrived on time but it was missing part.i called k2 motor and was told they will have it to me within 24 hours. 3 days later nothing so i called them back and was told they was sorry that its being shipped to me and the manger offered me $5 back on my $98 order for the trouble they have caused me only if i would give a good reveiw i was told.what a joke i told them no i would place the review as it has happened .This is day 4 and still haven't recieved my part.would not recomend doing business with them. there are other companies that take better care of there customers with the same prices.Hope this helps future customers
