Karisma Hotels

I am leaving a 5 star review for the groups department at Karisma Resorts in Miami, FL. Elena Romero was our group coordinator and she did a fabulous job. My group had been difficult to deal with as we did not expect many people to book. This resulted in many changes and constant communication with Elena. There were 2 little hiccups in the booking process but as soon as we addressed the issues, Elena corrected them. I would recommend booking with the groups department solely because of Elena Romero.

I have just returned from Mexico where I spent 2 fantastic weeks at the Azul Sensatori in Riviera Maya. The hotel was fabulous. The hotel and grounds are well maintained. The staff in the hotel and all the restaurants are so friendly and cannot do enough for you. All the restaurants are good but my favourite was The Caribbean. The experience at Le Chique Restaurant was amazing. I would like to say thanks to Nancy and Luis for bringing me drinks at the pool and keeping me cool. I would like to say a big hello and thanks to Malaka, Jorge and Mike from the Entertainment Team. As I booked my flight and hotel separate I didnt have a rep as such but I would like to say thanks to Jonathan and his team in Gazebo 3 who were very helpful stating that If I had any problems or needed any information whatsoever to just pop in and they would be there to help me, which they were, so thanks for that. I would definitely go back, all the staff do an amazing job to make everyone feel welcome.Also well done to the guys on the beach, they work so hard in the heat of the sun to get rid of the seaweed. I am saving for my next Sensatori Holiday now.

Been booking for four years now. This is the first year the site has changed. The booking calendar was a great new feature but only worked sometimes. Not appearing at all for others. Need much better and detailed email confirmations. Not enough details. Need better vouchers for incentives to use at hotel as they act like they have no idea what yours are once you get there. Need a field to login with welcome back program credentials as it is a pain to have to try and contact them and get no response.

Our honeymoon was short and sweet and during the few days we spent at El Dorado SeaSide Suites we felt like king and queen mainly because of the special treatment given to us by the hotel staff always with a smile on their face, a positive attitude, and a courteous, familiar and respectful treat. The food, the installations, the amenities and the view, but above all the people were simply spectacular!

I booked a 2 bedroom suite Bc that's what they told me I had to book for 3 adults and 2 infants. I get there and it looked like something that came out from the 90s including a dented kitchen and torn up sofa. So I got asked to move they moved us to a one bedroom suite which was newer and nicer. But I had already paid $400 extra a night for the 2 bedroom suite! They said they couldn't give me the credit Bc it was booked online and I would have to deal with them in Miami. Needless to say after months fighting I only got a 400$ credit TOtal! Not 400 for each night which would have been $1200. I'm out for staying in a much smaller room. And on top of all that we went for a wedding and everyone got sick!! DONT DRINK THE WATER IN MEXICO OR......have ice or frozen drinks !!!!!! Just FYI. But better then that chose a different resort

Our last stay was excellent that is why we are returning in November for our 3rd stay

Reservation process was easy enough, I am six months away from the trip and so cannot confirm that everything at the resort end is taken care of.

One quick observation. Typically you book the resort first and then the flight. I would like to be able to go back into my reservation and book a shuttle from airport to resort once I know my flight information.

We found that the domain for this business is older than two years which could be an indication that this is a trustworthy business with an established customer base and experience in their field.
