They made and delivered just what I was looking for, when I enquired as to the delivery via e-mail they rang back the next day with an acceptable delivery time table, their product is very well made and as I expect will last many a life-time, the delivery guy was just as pleasing & helped carry on to site, can not recommend Kedel enough, 6 stars. Would have liked it cheaper, but then again who wouldn't, happy

I have bought from Kedel at least four times the service is good and the stuff arrivyas quoted , down side is cost of delivery but the items are heavy !

Rubbish , one of the dozen or so planks delivered has a fault in it , I was told to turn it over after sending photos . I am not in the habit of putting faulty gear on or in any thing that I do . I would like a refund .

I was slightly disappointed as one of the gate post that I had requested to be cut in half had not been cut, the ends of the white T&G were very dirty after being cut, all of the white T&G will have to be cleaned to remove what looks like staining.

not good at all 6 weeks delivery period - ordered white gates original delivery schedule 3 weeks on estimated time of delivery they phoned to say no white material then phoned to say it would be a while before they got it - so ordered pebble gray instead call next day - not enough gray material in stock another week goes by and low and behold white ones turn up. And had to pay for them all on order placement so 6 weeks before delivery not to happy

After one week I checked their website and saw “order in progress”. I phoned and this was confirmed. After week two I checked their web site and saw “order in progress”. I phoned and was told that the items had to be ordered in and might be in tomorrow. I asked for and got my money back. Better Communication would be appreciated.

It’s the second product I’ve bought .....they are not cheap as such but once you understand the product and realise that it lasts “forever” and maintenance free, it’s a far better option than the wooden stuff that warps even though you treat it every year

I have taken delivery of 36 lengths of decking and paid for the cutting service. At least 12 of the lengths are between 5mm and 10mm short. If they were all cut to the SAME length I could have fitted the decking no problem, This is nothing to do with expansion and contraction. Very bad cutting service.

I need another 12 lengths to cut myself.

Following a curve ball from a customer rang Kedel late Friday afternoon and had goods delivered to site by 10am Tuesday, you cant ask for better than that.

I would say kedal are amazing and the product is second to none but what ruined the experience for me was the delivery company they use. At first my delivery date was 2 to 4 days which is useless in itself then I called kedal to get more of a specific date which they already had. Why couldn't I have been given that myself? So kedal being so helpful as I was out of the country and my tenants had to take delivery I asked kedal to ask delivery company to call an hour before which was confirmed, that didnt happen but granted just got there in time. But once delivered the massive pallets they delivered it on they wouldn't take away to re use which completly contradicted the recycling ethics. Instead I was told to have to pay to take them away which obviously had to do. Kedal if you read this get a new more ethical delivery company as this is the last thing people deal with and it makes you look like a bunch of wallys. If it wasn't for the delivery company they would have 5 stars such a shame

Quick online system to order, BUT says it's in-stock and lo and behold after nearly 3 weeks I phone up to ask and they are waiting for a new delivery from the supplier (I thought they made the stuff! ). Came the following week great delivery emailed a time slot and right on time.

Lack of follow up on the order progress and the delay in filling the order cost us staff time being on standby just in case the order was completed in the 3 to 5 days stated. Waste of our time and money due to a lack of communication. Not impressed by the delivery time table, delivery firm or the lack of consideration of the customer's lack of information and update.

I ordered my material on the Saturday via the website and 3 days later I had an email to say my order was ready for collection.
Fast efficient service .
Would recommend and buy from here again.

Ordered and paid for some 3.6m lengths of decking and was told it could not be transported and they had to cut them down to 3.2 to suite transport.
