I always enjoy the sweets from the website and try to remember to get them every year. I had placed an order in the basket which I thought had gone through so I went to check a week later to see where the order was and it hadn’t been placed. I had no emails about this being left in your basket you’ve forgetten this order. Which may have helped because I then had to spend £5.99 on next day delivery....

I didn’t receive the package and it’s been over ten days since the dispatch day. No respond from the customer service team after sending an email.

I have not been using KIS for very long but am glad l have found them as their chocolate honeycomb has kept me on the sweet (sorry) side of the landlady of my local hostelry. the range is fantastic, assistance superb, thank you Will and Coral, and delivery more rapid than most. Thanks to all at KIS keep it going please.

I contacted them about my order as I hadn't received it after 2 weeks (which turned out to be royal mails fault) but would have not known that if I hadn't travelled to my local depot myself as I contacted the customer help and got no response what so ever!! What if someone didn't receive an order and needed help, the contents were good but some had prices on that indicated I had paid too much.. no communication that's why my rating is poor.
