Ordered a weighted vest mid september. Since that order no product and only promises off delivery but no product. No communication, no product and decided to claim a refund. We will have to see if i will get money back. Very bad experience with this company.

The vest is a good build quality, but you can only fit a single plate on either side of the pro version. This means that if you have 10lb and 25 lb plates you would need to make the jump from 20 lbs to 50 lbs.... Unless you buy their overpriced extensions for $49. This should be a standard feature, not an upsell

I have had the original Kensui vest for several months now. Recently, the replacement padded shoulder straps arrived at my door without any expectation on my part - such a pleasant surprise! They are a wonderful improvement to an already great product; the best, truly fitted weight vest on the market, IMO.

Kensui had no obligation to upgrade the shoulder straps free of charge. This speaks so highly of its company and its desire to stand by its product and please its customers. I have always had great, prompt interactions with Remy and Victoria. I couldn't recommend the company more highly. A very satisfied customer!

With regards to customer support and helping me change my order I found Kensui customer support to be some of the best I've had to deal with. They got back to me fast and identified the issue I was having pretty quick then rectified it even faster. The vest I received was great quality and designed to last, I can't knock a fantastic design that works, when and how you want it to. I am still waiting on some orders coming from Shanghai and given this COVID situation I doubt I'll be seeing them any time soon, but that's just the state of the world at the minute unfortunately.

Absolutely terrible. Both 800 numbers do not work, they do not answer email or text. BUT, they will happily charge you even it you did not actually complete your purchase. BUYER BEWARE!!!! If you fill out their form capture and attempt to back out w/o completing they WILL charge you and you WILL not hear from them!

The vest is absolutely awesome. The Kensui Vest allows me to go super heavy with squats, dips, pull ups, etc with no discomfort. It’s crazy how much weight I can put on. Plus, It’s super easy to adjust and put on as well.

Customer service leaves much to be desired. Communication on delays, shipping status, and overall coordination of the shipping issue were very slow response and vague. Product was ordered three weeks ago and still no update on when it will be shipped or can be expected to arrive. I made a separate order for a different item about 1.5 weeks apart from the first order, and there is even less visibility on the status of that one. Doesn't matter how good the product is if Customer Service leaves a very bad experience. Am about to request a refund soon. I do not recommend ordering from this company at all.

I finally received my order though it really did take too long (over 3 months). Product is great though with some things that could be improved. Regarding customer service, they're quick to get back to you should you contact them but not great at keeping you informed re delays & reasons for delays (mine was due to another item which I then cancelled). Once this was sorted, delivery was very quick. Ultimately, communication could be improved.

I bought their weighted vest and it’s by far the best vest I’ve ever used. With no weight on it’s really light and compacts down so you can travel with it easily. It’s comfortable and fits snugly unlike most weighted vests I’ve tried. The fact that it uses plates for weights makes it easy to adjust the difficulty for calisthenics which was something I struggled with before. Not to mention it makes you look like a tank when you got plates on it. Best weighted vest ever!

Didn’t get what I ordered, took very long time and just got the message to be patient, finally i asked for a refund, which I got. If you have time (and by time, i mean months), sure go ahead and buy from Kensui. Otherwise, just invest your time into something else.

Tried ordering months ago...after about two months finally asked them what was going on. Oh...the Covid...yeah whatever...chinese scammers use that line on facebook...a lot. Then they told me, we were having problems with the vest so we UPGRADED it and you get that upgrade for free! Being a sucker..I said ok. Another month passes despite them telling me it would be rushed to me due to the delay. Emailed them again...oh we are still having some problems which we had to fix, but it will be coming soon. I said forget it, I'm not paying over $300 (yeah I bought the deluxe set with extras) to be your beta tester.

They did refund my purchase price but MAN, what a freaking joke of a company. Don't care how effective it is, if you never receive the product, the effectiveness is zero. Bunch of clueless clowns...hopefully they'll be out of business soon. Lol just went to their website...kept freezing all over the place.

It wouldn’t be so bad if it’s taken 5 months to ship a product. Actually, it hasn’t even shipped yet. I think the most frustrating thing is that there weren’t any proactive updates about shipping delays. I only know about the delays because i reached out to them multiple times.

I really enjoy this vest. I use this vest to help keep in shape for doing my pack test for wildland firefighting and really makes it easier for training since it stays tight to your body and doesn’t swing around like a lot of other packs and vests I’ve used in the past. Every time I have reached out to this company through email they have always been quick to respond and always helpful instead of just saying tough luck. Reached out to them for vest extensions since I’m a bit barrel chested and they got me sorted out no problem. Would totally recommend this vest to anyone.

We ordered the vest in November 2020, it's now Feb 2021 and still nothing. They have lied about the status, sent us incorrect tracking numbers, and continue to insist it will arrive any day. Now we have to contact the credit card company to have the funds reversed. DO NOT deal with this company.

I was a little nervous about receiving my Ez Vest Max due to other reviews but they far exceeded my expectations when I recieved my order within 2 days!!! The vest is really well made and the extra shoulder padding I purchased was worth it. I'm very 😊☺😘😍😎!!!

In the buying process of the vest, the website glitched and did not apply a discount from a code. I contacted Kensui support, and they fixed the issue within a day, giving me the proper refund amount of the discount.

On another note, the vest's shipping was very fast, arriving after only two business days. The vest is sturdy and looks like high quality.
