Agent Jeremy was very professional. While servicing my apartment he was very detail with information given and gave resources to confirm the information that was given. Showed compassion for his job and his clientele.

We placed an order on November 13, 2017. We ordered lanterns (we are a business) and this was for an order to go out. November 30, 2017, we still don't have it! We have called multiple times, we keep checking the order status and all it says still is processing, processing processing! We needed these to go out tomorrow 12-1-17, and still don't have them! Our customers are not happy! And here is the icing on the cake, not one email or phone call or anything to let us know what was going on with our order! We have called everyday for the last week and a half and all they say is "we'll transfer this over to corporate and let you know" THEY NEVER LET US KNOW! I love their store, but DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT shop online with them, EVER!

I will never shop Kirkland’s again. The ship to store option is a nightmare. On 3 different orders, they could not find multiple items on my order. I waited hours in the store and on hold. This is absolutely unacceptable. Save yourself the time and shop somewhere else!

I ordered a ship to store item on Dec 1 for a Christmas gift. On Dec 12, they emailed me saying the item was damaged and they would ship a new one. I contacted them letting them know I needed it by Christmas and asked if it could be rushed due to it being their mistake. They told me it takes 10 business days and there was nothing they can do. Great customer service Kirklands! Needless to say, it has still been over 10 business days and still have not received notice that it has arrived. DO NOT ORDER FROM KIIRKLANDS ONLINE OR SHIP TO STORE. It has been a horrible experience.

Placed an order online on July 3. Didn't hear anything for about 1 1/2 weeks. Sent an email to cancel my order after reading terrible reviews only be by other customers with the same problem. No response. A few days later recd an email that my order was on the way to the store. Finally got another email that I could pick it up. That email showed both items to be a lesser price. I spoke with the manager about it. She said the price I paid was the correct price. I asked why the email said the items were at a reduced price. She said that didn't really mean that. They refused to give me the items For the reduced price. Kirklands has sorry customer service! THEN, I recd another email stating that they are sorry for not responding to my email. It was in their foam folder!! REALLY? Such a lie! I will never place an online order with Kirklands again.

Took place in the Lake Charles, La Kirklands employee Jamie not once but Twice has done so with me. She will circle you constantly mind you not asking if you need any help. She went so far as to grab dust Ian and lingered I noticed a group of 20 something year old white people running through store. This did not send a red flag to Jamie to go and assess that situation. She rated on my heels. My shopping experience unpleasant and did not complete. I had stopped going to this store several years ago for the same exact employee behavior. I since returned and sorry I did. The management here was disappointing and of no use /help. I plan to continue my journey making people like Jamie known, until people like her are no longer allowed to spew nasty hate and disgust in my city. Shame on her and kirklands for upholding this type of behavior and thinking it's ok

I have been a loyal customer, but Kirkland’s ship to store is ridiculously slow. Routinely, an order takes 2 weeks to even be shipped to the store, then another 2 weeks for me to be notified it has arrived. I am awaiting a holiday canvas print that I ordered weeks ago. Gosh, I hope it arrives before Christmas! SLOW! If this company wants to be competitive as an online retailer, it needs to step up its game in a major way.

Current order details: order placed on Nov 2. Email on Nov 7 that they were “working on” my order. Shipped to store on Nov 14. As of Nov 23, nothing still.

I bought a stainless "dosseret" (259$) and here is what happened to me:
1st. The item had 2 prices. In one spot: regular 289$ with 30$ discount and in another spot: regular 259$. We asked the sales rep which one was the real "regular" and he was confused. In a few seconds he took the regular 259$ label and put it in his pocket. We bought it at regular 289$ with 30$ discount.
2nd. I was told that the item was not in stock and they have to order it. I received a call 3 days later confirming that the item arrived and inviting me to pick it up at door #1. While delivering the item, the employee told me that he had this item in stock for months and it's weird that I was asked to return to get it. No comments
3rd. Then I had to return the item (Feb23rd, 2019) because it didn't fit. This is were the horrible customer service experience started. They told me that I have to pay 15% for them to accept the return. I complained to the manager/director, his name is Claude Meilleur. He said that these are the rules and I should have been aware. I told him that the sales rep didn't tell us anything about their return policy but he said I should have read on their website. High arrogance and total dis consideration for us as clients. I found this unacceptable.
Finally he reduced the penalty at 10% (approx 30$) and gave us the advice to buy another product and he will deduct the 30$ from the price of that product. Having no choice, we choose a laundry soap priced at 55.99$ on the shelve, however, on the invoice he priced it at 58.99$. I went back to Mr Meilleur and he reduced the price to 55.99$. Yes, it is horrible and incredible
Watch the prices elsewhere before buying from BM. Ex: a coffee machine (EP3360/14) is priced at 1099$ with 300$ discount. In all other places (La Cafetiere, Amazon.ca etc) you can find it at less than BM discounted price.
When will BM stop thinking that their clients are dump?
I do not wonder why they have the worst reviews, their customer service is really the worst in that industry. I wonder how long they will last in this world of high competition where the clients have so many choices. I am curious to know if the high up managements read the reviews? Will they have the decency to answer them? Anyways, stay away from BM, don't put at risk your time, money and energy. Thank you

I ordered 2 mirrors for a bathroom remodel, but only got one in the mail. I called & was told the second one was coming from a different distribution center so it would take a few more days. I waited a few more days, didn't get it, called back & they told me that they have no notes from the previous call, & that they show that 2 mirrors were delivered. I said, no...I only got one mirror & I don't know why they didn't notate my account the last time I called but I need the second mirror. The man asked me if I could send him a picture of the damaged mirror . Um, no sir....the second mirror wasn't damaged, I never got it. He put me on hold for over 20 minutes - so now my total time on the phone is well over 30 minutes, & he comes back to tell me the mirror that I ordered & paid for is no longer available but he will put in a "claim" for a supervisor to refund that one mirror. I told him that that wouldn't work bc I needed 2 matching mirrors for the bathroom. If they couldn't send the missing mirror, I'd have to return the other one as well. He tells me that they will not cover return shipping for the one mirror. Awesome, so I've now got waited 3wks to get the mirrors I bought & paid for, but I'll have to wait for a refund for the one i never got, pay for shipping to return the second one, wait for them to process that & THEN order 2 new mirrors!? Ridiculous.

I had my first experience with Kirkland's and I will never deal with them again. I had an online order that did not arrive for over a month. I had to reach out to them 4 times to find out any information. I then later tried to post a negative review for the product I got because I was not happy with it and they sent me an email saying they were not going to post the review. So I'm lead to believe they filter through reviews and only post the positive ones, which is really messed up in my opinion.

I placed an online order 3 days ago expecting it would "process" and ship out within a few days like all other stores. However, this am had a "chat' online and the person said it takes 8 DAYS to PROCESS. This does not even include the ship time. Something is really wrong with this store. It may be somewhat cheaper than a Cost Plus World Market or even a Pier One, but you get what you pay for. Not worth the processing and shipping time.

I ordered two seasonal light-up canvas pictures, together they were worth around 60 bucks. THEY SENT ME TWO WRONG ITEMS, a picture frame and a fall wreath (not even on the website anymore and the frame was clearance)! Both of the items I ordered were sold out by the time I called customer service. Items were supposed to be given for Christmas presents... Thanks Kirklands.

My experience is like everyone else....Ordered and paid in full for my product 3 weeks ago, was given a date it would be at the store, and that date passed. Called customer service different times, given different stories. Order still says processing online.....the only difference with me is ; I RECORDED EVERY SINGLE PHONE CALL AND EVERY LIE I WAS TOLD BY THEM AND I FILED COMPLAINTS WITH THE FTC AND THE BBB AND WILL TURN OVER MY CALL RECORDINGS! If enough of us stand up against them...........something will get done!! I will see this to the end and afterwards will never purchase from Kirklands again! Do yourself a favor, spend the extra money at a REPUTABLE STORE THAT STANDS BEHIND ITS BUSINESS/SHIPPING/DELIVERY PRACTICES and has customer service reps who are friendly and helpful!! EVERYONE FILE YOUR COMPLAINTS....FTC AND THE BBB...FILE FILE FILE.....TAKE A STAND!

10 days ago I ordered two lamps. 7 days ago two ottomans arrived w a shipping receipt of 2 lamps. I called customer service and they said oh sorry, can you take the back? Um what? Huge box, I am pregnant w my 4th child, and YOU all sent the wrong items and you want me to attempt to pick these heavy ottomans up , drive 30 min w 3 kids under 5 and transport them to a kirklands? No. So fedex came and picked them up and Kirkland was supposed to ship out my actual order if they can get it right this time. However, 6 days ago FedEx took the wrong order yet they haven't recieved it sooooo my lamps that I ordered 10 days ago are still sitting in a wearhouse and nobody can do anything about it. Never again. This is why I ship Amazon. Worst customer service and "policies" I have ever come in contact with this far. 100% all Kirklands fault and here I sit. Waiting.

I ordered a mirror and was also expecting to get it within 10 business days. Instead, it’s been 3 weeks and still no mirror, not even an update on where my mirror was so I cancelled my order and shopped elsewhere. I will never shop Kirkland’s again. Ever.

I purchased a Christmas item on 11-23-18 and received an email that it would be shipped to the store by 12-4-18. That day came and went, but no item so I called a few days later to inquire. Customer service rep couldn’t give me any useful information. I called back a week later and same useless response. Spoke to someone yesterday who I thought had some sense wherein she said she would have a manager look into the issue and call me back right away. Of course I received no call back so obviously that is their default response to placate a disgruntled customer. There is no way that this retailer can compete with its competitors with respect to online purchases based on my experience, as well as other reviews I’ve read. Are the corporate powers that ignorant not to realize that they have a serious problem on their hands? This is exactly how major retailers become extinct - they ignore their customers and don’t adapt to business market changes. I implore you - please DO NOT buy anything online from this retailer!

I placed an order ten days ago and when I check the status it still shows it’s being processed. I emailed customer service and was told they would check with distribution and get back to me but no one did. I did a live chat with them this morning only to be told they have no way of knowing a shipping date without an update from distribution. My first time to order from them and definitely my last. Starting to wonder if I will receive what I paid for.

I ordered 2 mirrors to pick them up at San Tan Village store - Gilbert - AZ. On 09/19/17. Today, 10/15 and I don't have news about them. I have never received any email, I tried chat but they say ajwsys the same: OM THE WAY. I called and the answer: ON THE WAY. I sent emails..... NO ANSWERS. Of course... they have my money. This is a NOT TRUSTFULL and NO HONEST COMPANY. I think I just lost my money because looks like they won't deliver my mirrors. I have never seen nothing like that. Stay away! One star is too much. I am very mad and maybe is time to expose this store on tv and how the customers are treated and how the customers are ripped off. I will never buy again. Never! It's a SHAME!
Detail: if you cancel your order you have to wait 10 WEEKDAYS to see your money back. Really disturbing and dishonest!

On Dec 10 I went to Kirklands in Newport News to look at stocking hangers.The result is one falling out of box because it wasnt secured and fell and damaged my glasses. Matthew in claims only wants to give me 100.00 dollars to help replace my glasses because I didnt keep my receipt for glasses. This has been the worst experience I will never go in the store again and a warning to other shoppers be careful how you pick up merchandise to look at it
