Ordered a Halloween pan that was supposed to arrive in 4-6 days. It never arrived. I sent an email and called the company. The phone call went directly into a voice mail box. They have yet to respond. Based on other reviews, this company appears to be a scam.

I am in NY. I ordered 3 small items. My Amex card was billed but I never received my order. No one answers the phone, no one answers emails. They must be a SCAM. I urge you to AVOID this company.

I ordered some baking spray that I can usually only find in the US. I was happy to find it available! It came within the allotted shipping time, it was packaged well, and I am very satisfied. I would definitely shop here again if I needed to.

I ordered over a month ago, same story as the others, oh it’s coming in from the states and it’s marked on our site that it could take another week but you should have it next week. That was 3 weeks ago and no body is answering my emails. So tomorrow is cancel the transaction with my credit card company but d we need a bunch of frauders during these very difficult times. Don’t buy anything from these people they are a bunch of crooks with no customer service whatsoever.

I'm an international customer and ordered an aebleskiver pan in april 2015. After the expected delivery date was due, I contacted them many times, but there was no response. I paid an expensive shipping, almost as much as the item itself. They never provided a tracking number. This site is a joke. I lost all my money because there was no more time to cancel after such long international shipping . Very very disappointed!

I placed an order for a specific grater and I was sent a different one... I contacted Kitchenniche and they told me that the grater that I had ordered and the one I had received were exactly the same one! Which was clearly not the case. Meanwhile they had removed the one that I had ordered from their website... Not a trustworthy company and I will definetely not order from them again.

I am very happy with Kitchen Niche, from whom I ordered 12 boxes of Canadian Ice Wine Tea. The website is very easy to navigate. The order was rapidly processed and shipped out. I received the package within 3 days in perfect condition.

Ordered 4 items got one with a nice hand written note that the other three items were shipping with in a few days of first item. Never received the three items and they charged my account. They never answer phones or return e-mail queries. Stay clear of this company!!!!

Ordered a specific item in early May, and after a month, it did not arrive. Requested to cancel order and refund purchase. Was assured the item would be shipped by end of June. By July 12, it still hadn't arrived. Have sent many emails and received no replies. Have called Customer Service tollfree number, and only get a voicemail - left many messages and till no reply. Don't risk your money with these scammers.

I ordered some raclette grills as Christmas presents and although I selected free shipping, I received my order 3 days later! The gift wrapping was done very nicely as well. Overall I am very satisfied.

I am super impressed with this company I ordered a pepper mailed on February 9 and receive it February 13, 2019. The delivery service used was Canada post. I will definitely order from these folks again thank you so much for your great customer service.

Placed an order on July 18, 2017; after 2 months, nothing. They processed the money same day I placed the order. These people Sandra and company spin stories about where the order is. Escalating to PayPal now.

I happened to see the many negative reviews on this website just after placing my first order with Kitchen Niche, so I was very concerned about their reliability. However, my order (a Fox Run fruit flan pan) arrived promptly today, as promised within 5-10 business days after I placed my order. I am pleased with their service, have no complaints, and would do business with them again.

Have been trying for a week to get a response from this company as to the status of my order that i placed almost a month ago. It was placed 2/14/15 and here it is 3/11. I sent an email 5 days ago and left a voicemail 2 days ago, neither getting a response. I have tried numerous times to reach someone on the phone, but only get voicemail saying all of their representatives are busy. I am now questioning if its a company that has any representatives at all, or if its just a facade of a company that their first line of business is scamming customers. Will take some of the advice of other reviewers below, file a fraud alert on the charge with my credit card company and with BBB and the Canadian equivalent that a reviewer left if i do not hear from the company and get a shipping confirmation by the close of business this Friday.

Ordered on Saturday, arrived on Thursday. It was well packaged, and a good price on the product. Thorough communication from the company once order was made. Wonderful customer service. Wish I could give 10 stars. Will definitely order from them again, and would highly recommend Kitchen Niche to anyone!!!

Kitchenniche.ca immediately acknowledged my ordered, kept me informed of processing and shipping and I received my Canada Post notification and tracking number very quickly. Their prices are very good.
