LOVE this site!! Ordered two dresses, at reasonable prices. The shipping was fast. They have the cutest stuff. I was worried about them not fitting the way the online site said they would, and they fit perfect! Also, got a little thank you card, free shipping, a gift of a free pair of earrings that are absolutely adorable! Definitely put a smile on my face :) Highly recommend ordering from this site for cute stuff and even better customer service!

They have adorable pieces. If you see something you like, you should immediately place an order--they sell out quickly given their popularity on Instagram Finally! A boutique with well made, stylish, fab pieces, reasonable prices, and friendly, helpful staff who know their stuff. My absolute FAVORITE place to shop! Absolutely LOVE this place! Keep it up guys!

There are several items at this Boutique that I have not found elsewhere. I love to wear cute stuff that is unique. The two shirts I bought recently are fabulous! They fit perfect! The description of the fit is spot on. I have gotten several compliments. I will absolutely be purchasing more items from your Boutique. Love it!

I love this store! They have an awesome selection of clothes. Its a boho, coachella type of style. My gf loves it as well, they have a huge selection for women's clothing. The prices are very good for the quality of clothes that they sell. I highly recommend checking it out! :)

Items took 6 weeks to arrive without notice of back order. When needed to return items, was told credit to store only (a policy which they do not disclose at point of purchase). Owner, * refused to respond to my requests for refund. Terrible customer service, poor delivery. *Personal information redacted by admin

Knitted Belle is one of my favorite stores. Their customer service is amazing. I've bought multiple items for family and they always let me return the product if they don't like them or want a different item. I recommend them to everyone.

I waited over a month to get my blouse. Unfortunately after a couple of follow ups I had to cancel and when I did they just said that they ran out of stock on the item. Would have been nice if they had told me that from the start! I was very disappointed because I really liked the blouse!

I've been a very happy customer for over a year at Knitted Belle!! They've gone over and beyond with their customer service!!! I've recommended this particular boutique to my family and friends because of merchandise and their exemplary customer service and free shipping!! There has been two times that I've had to return and item and it went very smoothly!! KB is no different than any other online boutique and their terms are in line with everyone I've done business with!! Highly recommend!!!

I ordered several pieces and one was defective. I contacted the shop and they replied promptly asking for a picture of defective merchandise. I sent it and was immediately issued a refund for HALF of the purchase price of the defective item. When I asked why half, she said it was because I bought it on sale and because I received free shipping. (according to return policy, sale items cannot be returned and the free shipping was applied because I spent over $50 on my order). However, given that I am not returning simply because I don't like it but because it is unusable, I find this to be an unsatisfactory solution to the problem. I will not shop there again.

I've had only great experiences with the several orders I've placed and the owner has contacted me promptly each time. Great customer service and clothing is cute. One word of advice: clothing runs large! Size down when ordering.

Ordered back in January. Nothing I ordered was "presale" (as the owner tried to explain in her last email in March). I received 2 in a timely manner. When calling, I was told of a back order and how someone's vacation made a delay. I leave tomorrow without part of my order (March 9). Buyer beware. A different story told each time contacted.

My first order was a pair of sandals that I can't wear due to the shape of my feet! I returned them (6.85 shipping) past the 30 days (not knowing) and they said I would not get a refund and my shoes would be donated if I didn't pay the postage to have them returned back to me! I am in customer service and I have never heard of any such thing! Very irritated and I will never order from this company again!!! Very poor communication and service!

The clothes are cute, but they are run of the mill boutique clothes you can get from any small online boutique. So I'm not sure why anyone would wait 2-3 weeks to get their order when you could easily find same styles at other online boutiques and receive within a reasonable 5-7 day shipping time. (Most boutiques actual shipping time will be much less- 2-4 business days). You can get an expedited shipping method however. But don't get too happy because you will be charged a small fortune to make that happen. I'm sorry, I just can't understand why an online business insists on a 7-10 day processing time! So before item even ships USPS, they need 7-10 days? No thanks.

I had the most pleasant experience shopping with Knitted Belle Boutique! Not only did I receive my order in a very timely manner, but I felt pampered the whole way through. The packaging was perfect, the service was excellent, the transaction was painless, the products were great quality and fashionable. Not to mention, the awesome discounts I received just for placing an order. I will be shopping there for my clothing for now on!

Shopped here with the girls and absolutely love the items I received! Very nice, excellent customer service, so thankful they got a plus size selection! Cute clothing at a great price! Check their inventory weekly!

I have had excellent service @ Knitted Belle. Always top notch customer service with Gina, and my items are in the mail that day. Have them in my hand 2 days after. Clothes are beautiful. I have also had to return items for a different size, and of course, I would expect to pay shipping back, but always get my return size right away. If you haven't been to Knitted Belle, take a look....very beautiful clothes!

I have been a LOYAL customer for almost a year now and you couldn't PAY me enough to stop shopping here. Gina and Carina are so easy to work with and are very in tune with helping me with all of my needs. I have had to return a few things that were credited immediately - I have had to exchange a few things that was done quickly and with understanding. These ladies have been at my beckoning call whenever I need something. I love the clothes - I love the service - I get my packages within 3 days of ordering. LOVE Knitted Belle!!! Thanks ladies!!!

I have purchased three dresses and multiple tunics from this store. I receive many compliments every time I wear one of your items. Great quality and unique items that I can't find anywhere else. I have placed numerous orders with KBB over the last year and have been extremely pleased with everything I have ordered. Their response time is quick and Carina always reaches out to me when an item is back ordered or being delayed for some reason. The clothes are cute and prices are very fair and competitive!
