I ordered a scaffold tower over the weekend and on Monday I received a phone call to confirm my order. The scaffold tower was delivered on Tuesday. Perfect!
Tim was super polite and helpful.
I would definitely rent from Lakeside-Hire again and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I phoned to hire a tower at just past 4 in the afternoon and it was delivered just after 10 the next morning . Good service

Ordered on an evening so missed the next day delivery they rang the next morning and and got it on the delivery that day

Delivered early on Monday morning at start of hire period. Tower was easy to assemble and I was able to carry out my repairs safely and securely whilst working at roof level. Collected early the following morning so not sitting around after hire period ended.

Everything arrived in great condition, the driver was polite and helpful, the tower went up without issue and was a dream to work with; if only every tower were as safe (and functional) as a Lakeside tower.

Fantastic service: 1/4 of the price of the local scaffolding companies for the same-spec tower. OK, I had to put it up myself but that took less than 20 mins. Delivery and collection was spot on; Fast and efficient. Highly recommended.

Extremely good customer service, fencing got to me by the end of the working day delivery driver was helpful aswell. Was dropped off and picked up by same driver on time.

Good fast service, delivered at 8.05 am, the morning after it was ordered. Used the tower for exterior home painting and just the job. I felt much safer on the tower than perched at the top of a ladder. My wife and I easily put the tower up, moved it about and took it back down once the job complete. Friendly, helpful staff who answer any questions you may have throughout the process. Excellent value for money compared to other hirers we looked at.

I have used Lakeside on 4 separate occasions through my business and had a very bad experience on 3 on the 4 occasion. Poor communication, bad organisation and overall need improvement

This is the second time I have hired from Lakeside and would highly recommend them.
Everyone I dealt with was polite and friendly, they rang me first thing to give me a better idea of the delivery time.
The only thing they could have done better was for the collection, unfortunately I was working at a different site and so I asked if the driver could ring me when he was 30mins away but he rang me when he was on site and so he had to wait for me. But he was polite and apologised for not ringing sooner. He was also very hands on with loading the equipment and even help me with collecting my own ladder.
I would definitely use them again.

from first point of contact to final equipment pickup after use was great and fully appreciated the followup call to check that all was OK with the hire.

Hired some machine moving skates, but despite the website showing the ones I wanted in stock, they were not even available at all, then was charged an extra £30 for a third party to deliver some completely different ones which were not exactly ideal. However, delivery was very prompt.

Initially the service was good and my tower was confirmed; costs issued and paid for without problem that seems impressive, the on the Thursday before Bank Holiday weekend i was informed at 15:30pm that my tower that was due for delivery on Monday morning could not actually be provided !!!! I appreciate that the Lakeside organiser Luke did everything he could, but from an end use client perspective this was a huge let down and disappointment that cost me the project and had to lay off 4 x opes for 1 x week and cancel all other arrangements as Lakeside suddenly could not provide the plant that they confirmed that they could, and had been paid for !!!! I simply could not imagine a time that i confirmed to one of my client s that i can provide something, then at the last minute say that i couldn't ! what an embarrassment on all behalves. Personally I really am not impressed with the Lakeside set up at all and would never dream of recommending to others.

great service, only ordered and received 1 set of toe boards although 2 on the delivery note, After collection I was contacted several times asking when I was going to finish my hire.

I've used Lakeside Hire in the past, but on this occasion it was total chaos. Delivery was made at 4pm. Fair enough, they don't promise specific time. Pick up was missed on the day it was suppose to happen, then I was told it will be picked up anytime within the next 5 days. It costed me £450 in wages just for sitting and waiting. Certainly won't use them again as it's too expensive when you add it all up. On top of this hours spent on the phone trying to get some information. Promises to call back that never happen and customer services attitude which makes you wonder how they're still in business.

The driver was very rude don't know why plus I had to help him cause he said well come on then lets take it off and I'n ur terms it says driver has to deliver roadside

Asked for single width tower and got a double width tower even when received
Phone call 30 min later asking can we deliver double and I said no .
