Reading all the reviews on getting charged 14.95 for membership without asking for it. When I placed order in December the asked me if I was interested and explained what it was . I love it! You registered your claim number and send pictures of receipts of stores you shop at and get 5% back. Minimal I get back was $30 so take away the 1495 monthly membership fee I still make 15 bucks. I have gotten back as much as $100. Just going to Walmart, Aldi’s, Lowe’s, and bed bath and beyond. They have so many stores and grocery store. So worth the time to send .

I made an order for 2 red white and blue stars and 2 weeks goes by and it says it was delivered when i called they said it was returned back and they would send me a new ones out... so two weeks goes by and i never recieved them so i called again and now they are out of stock... i asked to talk to there boss because no one can call me never a phone call but they decide to just send me a partial refund so i have to call again to get my money... nothing but problems i wish i didnt waist my time

I've only had one issue with a product years ago....never had a problem since. And never had an issue with customer service. What I DO have an issue with is that there is ZERO diversity in the color of dolls that are offered. I've asked for two years in a row about considering offering additional dolls. I've gotten canned, lame, unconcerned responses. I like the products they offer otherwise, but I cannot support a company that is so out of touch with so much of the population of the world. I'm Caucasian and find this lack of diversity an issue....not sure why a company that size doesn't find it an issue as well.

This company is the most unethical company I have ever had anything to do with. They advertise full refunds but refuse to do so once they get their product back. Don’t bother calling customer service because no one speaks English. Don’t waste your time or money on this fraudulent enterprise!!

Yes i just ordered alot of products and it came so quick my shipments they kept me posted the whole time were and when i will recieve them and the quality of the products i ordered aregreat so glad your company mailed me your book.

This company tricks you into signing up for their perks program which is $14.95 a month. I loved the products that I bought from them initially but they will not get my business again since they scammed me.

They sent my wife the wrong thing and then fought with her saying she picked the wrong item I know she picked the right item because she showed me and her mom what she got for her dad’s birthday. And my wife is pregnant talk about pissing me off

The staff are very friendly, we was taken to our table . The food was very nice. I had Haddock chips & mushy peas. Also had a treat to a lime & strawberry cheese cake dessert. Mmmmm so delicous.

I purchased a picnic table cloth with matching seat covers. They were nice but first time using it on my picnic table, most of the print from the table cloth wore off on my person and most of the print on the seats is now on my clothing. Too bad because the concept of the fitted pieces was a nice idea.

Lakeside was charging my account $14.95 for perks I never requested. I was never notified. They say they notify you by email; however, this was a one time purchase and I receive too many emails to notice. I have paid this amount for 9 months and paid heavily for the items I received. I will never order from them again because this was underhanded tactics and at this point I already paid way too much for the items when you include the perks. If they want to do perks, they should mail an explanation of what the perks are and outline the customer's benefits. It should be understood when making purchases because I feel I was blindsided. Unfortunately, I thought prices and products looked good but what a price I paid.

If I could give "0" stars I would! DO NOT trust this company. BAIT and SWITCH tactics! When I tried to order (online) for the first time and use the code I received for 15% off and free shipping ... the online form would NOT allow me to use it. I "chatted" online with customer service. She was rude, disinterested, and told me she could not help me. I called customer service today ... 1 (847) 444-3150. I got a lady in the Philippine, explained my distress and concerns - who said she would honor the coupon code ... and AFTER I gave her my ENTIRE order over the phone with the coupon code - SHE would not honor the coupon code. I asked to talk to her supervisor ... she put me on hold ... then at 37 minutes and 43 seconds ... she hung up on me! Where in the text message about the coupon does it say the coupon code will EXPIRE in ONE day? Coupon offer in my TEXT ... Lakeside: 15% Off Sitewide + FREE Shipping! I've done hundreds of dollars of business with this company. My last orders were handled terribly. Told 4 different delivery dates and still hasn't been delivered. When I called customer service I was told by supervisor a 5th delivery date! Unfortunately since I mistakenly made two orders, when if ever I receive them I will return them immediately for a refund. If I don't get the refunds, I will stop payment with the bank and will NEVER do any business with this fraudulent company.

Will NEVER shop here again. I was ready to place a $100 order and received free shipping, however, when I went to place the order I saw I was being charged for a COVID-19 carrier surcharge! I called and talked to a customer service representative, and they did absolutely nothing about it and was unapologetic. This is wrong in so many ways!!

Thier customer service was the WORST i have ever received. I was first charged twice for my order, then they sent the packages out with out a street address or street#. SO after waiting an hour on the phone to speak to a Rep. she said the only option was for UPS to send them back and reship. Seriously???? Not only was the Rep rude but she did nothing to assure my service was their top priority. I said no thanks i want a refund. They do not deserve my business!!!! DO NOT SHOP ON LAKESIDE.COM!

I have ordered from Lakeside for several years now. I have never been disappointed with the merchandise. The shipping can be a bit slow, so I suggest ordering in advance of when you need it. Their customer service is right on time! Never a problem and they do take the time to help if there is a concern or problem. I would recommend this company highly.

I purchased two pair of cargo style sweatpants on the 9th of January, cost $18.98.
I received them and they didn't fit right, so I sent them back, at a cost of $11.75, on the 17th of January.
I heard nothing from the company and left them an e-mail on the 8th of February. They replied that they needed the tracking number.
I sent them the tracking number and haven't heard a thing since.
Very poor customer service.

I ordered one item from them. As other have said they signed me up for 'Perks' without my knowledge. I'm glad I used PayPal which made disputing the 'Perks' charge of $14.95 easy. If I had used a credit card, I might not have noticed for months, but PayPal sent me an email that I had authorized a charge while I was sleeping.
What they do is certainly unethical. It should be illegal to enroll someone without explicit permission.

I purchased a sweater for $12.98 and I could not wear it because the fabric scratched my skin. Lakeside wanted to charge me $7.99 to return a $12.98 item. I will give this brand new sweater to the Goodwill

They sent three small objects that could fit in an envelope in a giant 3' by 2' by 2' box (so that they could make money off the shipping) and charged shipping separately for all 3 items (even though they were mailed together), shipping that ended up costing more than the items themselves. Then when we tried to return an item (that fits in an envelope and was shipped in a box), that cost 9 dollars and had a ridiculous 5 dollar shipping charge added on to it, they told us they cant refund it, and they'd have to charge us the fee for return shipping - 8 dollars. Why is their return shipping more expensive than their sent shipping? Again, another way to make money off of you. May I recommend Amazon instead? They're much more reliable.
