People beware !! Worst company ever . If they will loose or will not deliver they will send your to the shipper . They to many others and will not serve you Stay away buyers Do not shop it’s “ the end of land end “

Prices are great until you actually go to pay online. % deductions change!!! I cancelled my order due to a price increase at checkout of $25-30 dollars. I called the 800# & though she agreed she could not do anything without help from someone and I was on hold long enough!! Not worth my time- Lands End!

Serious Sweats—no comparison between men’s and women’s. I have “men’s” sweatpants and hooded pullover—thick, heavy, soft thick inner. Ordered women’s tunic and quarter zip, both advertised as in the serious sweats line—BUT—neither has the defining label inside and BOTH are a much lighter weight fabric with virtually no inner warmth. In fact, the quarter zip is like a lightweight fleece. Online chat remark was hers didn’t have a label either. Email result was that my remarks were sent to advertising but I would not be hearing from them, so that was another dead end. This stuff (women’s) isn’t less expensive than men’s, just cheaply made. Totally bad LE experience.

I ordered several pieces of mens and women clothing. One shirt from Indonesia (who would know their US sizing) cost me 50% of the cost of the item to return. I will never shop on line with Lands End and since there are not any stores in Florida I had no choice but to ship back. Not a good business practice. Good By to Lands end. Suggest to all- buy American for Jobs for our children. Yeah USA!

The free shipping was enticing, as was the 100% satisfaction guarantee. But I was not happy with the item. and was prepared to pay return shipping. However, when I received my credit, Lands End also subtracted for their original free shipping!! I won't order an item to hope to be satisfied. What a scam. I won't order from them again.

Delivery is good. Is not so good when you order a size that always fits you and then it is tooooooooo big. Have to pay over $13 Canadian to return it. Also, the quality is not what I would expect. Have ordered 5 items and I can say that for all of them.

If I could give Lands End a NO star review, I would. I recently ordered 2 pairs of leggings. I couldn't get one pair on past my knees! I successfully tried on the other pair but thought it was too tight (across the bum) for me to keep. How can there possibly be that much difference between two pairs of leggings that are supposed to be the same "size"? So, basically, I just lost $14.95 (shipping each way) in order to try on 2 pairs of leggings - poor material; poor craftsmanship; one a ridiculous fit. The saddest part is I used to love this company; once upon a time their products were excellent. Not anymore. Bye Lands End.

No boxes for shoes or slippers! Even personalized slippers. I have always ordered slippers from Lands' End, always received a shoe box for each pair. This year they came in torn tissue paper, mailed in a plastic bag, with the suede completely scuffed. When I reached out to customer service about this, they said "oh we now sell shoe boxes for $7! Ridiculous. I have spent over $3,000 this year alone at Lands' End. No more. Will never purchase from them again.

It should actually be no stars. I ordered a pair of women's shoes size 6. I was very happy to find the Mary Jane style I like but when it arrived it was HUGE. At least a 7 or larger. Don't know why it was so hard for them to do correct sizing.

I have to agree that their coat zippers have gone downhill. This is the second winter coat I bought from them with a faulty zipper. I called customer service and the woman was trying to tell me that it was not the zipper but it was me not knowing how to use it. "Zippers are tricky" she said. At that point I mentioned that I have a doctorate degree and I mastered zipping up my clothes back in kindergarten. So yeah. All their coats have the same zippers she said. As such, I am returning this one and buying from a company that buys good zippers!

"Not only did the jeans I purchased not fit (the "rise" was too short), but when I realized it would cost me almost 25% of the purchase price to return a pair of jeans I had purchased from Lands' End, I thought I'd find a storefront and return them there instead. To my dismay, there isn't a Lands' End near our northern Virginia home! Online I found two locations near where we would be spending the holidays - and again - image my dismay when I got there to find BOTH the Sarasota and Tampa locations are "permanently closed!" ASK me if I'll EVER buy from Lands' End again! HAH!"

In the last several catalogs I have seen Lands End advertising "Authentic" Madras shirts. They aren't even close to being authentic. Ads claim "from country of origin," which is correct, but the real Madras cloth plaids were made in the Madras region of India and were dyed with vegetable dyes which when washed faded to the prized soft patterns that were in huge demand in the 1960's. These shirts may be from India and may be plaid, but any resemblance to "Authentic" is verbal only. These ads are deliberate lies.

The clothing quality is hit and miss. Return policy is crap. You have to pay for return shipping and then you only get merchandise credit. For the high prices one pays, one should be able to get a full refund!! $70 pajama sets deserve better return policies. Take your chances elsewhere.

I've noticed the quality of the men's products has gone down, specifically their cordoroy and other 'lower end' pants. They often have clearance sales, which have excellent discounts, but the quality of the products on them seems to be really poor. Maybe that's why they are placed in the clearance section.Here are two pluses regarding the clothes. The men's sweaters are reasonably priced and well made. The pants (other than clearance or jeans can be ordered with lengths tailored to within 1/4", not the usual inch, so you can get a more accurate length. Another good thing about their pants is that they have long length options. Since I'm 6'3", I sometimes have trouble finding pants long enough. No problem here. I've never had trouble with returns--just cut out the return label and paste it on the package. Luckily I've never spoken to customer service. I can't vouch for how good or bad it is. Additionally, the standard shipping takes about 7 to 10 days, so if you need something in a hurry, you'll have to pay a premium for the shipping, which can be expensive: in other words, you should plan ahead.

horrible experience all around. this company does nothing to help you negotiate their web site, makes the whole gift card thing difficult, advertises as though they have merchandise in stock and in most cases they don't. big fat waste of hours of time. never ever ever ever ever again

I got a catalog, again, that clearly (and boastfully) advertises jeans with free custom hemming up to 36" (big & tall up to 38"). I have been through this 'misprint' for the last several years with Landsend. Well they got me again. I call to order and am told they only hem up to 34". Same as last time. Very frustrating. I told the nice lady on the phone to please stop sending me catalogs. We'll see. Very poorly operated company and a horrible catalog

I have purchased Lands End clothing over many years for myself and my family. Purchases and returns were always so easy. However, something has changed in the last year. Representatives aren't as friendly/helpful and their return shipping has changed so much so that I may not purchase there anymore. I returned a pair of jeans and it took more than a month to get them back to Lands End, hence holding up any credit back to my account and/or replacement sizes to be available and shipped. Everytime I called, no one was able to explain why the tracking appeared to show the item still sitting at the post office. Finally, I was told by the PO that they collect items for Lands End until there are enough to engage UPS to pick them up for shipping. Wait, WHAT??? why can't we then just take the item to UPS to return it? When I ask Lands End that question, they say UPS will charge on top of the return label charge. This needs to be fixed by LANDS END!! Don't pass the buck, especially on to your loyal customers.

As a whole I love love love Lands End. I have been wearing the stretch cords for 6 years and they wear like iron. I wear the seamless turtlenecks and the one by one all cotton ribbed crew necks. I just received my new crew necks and the quality is inferior to the last time I ordered them. The band around the neckline is narrow and the fabric feels thinner. If it's a class thing I'd rather pay a couple more dollars and get the better quality. Of course I'm still going to wear them because the shaped feature is very becoming on my bosom. LOL
