I ordered the cord 10 days ago and it was supposed to deliver in 5 and I still don't have it.

The jack I recieved did fit my laptop, but it was a cheaper version with only two feet to hold it in place rather than the four on the original jack. I anticipated your website would send the the exact product used on the laptop specified so I neglected to double check product codes. I would have preferred to pay extra money for a higher quality product.
