I still haven't received a delivery 4 weeks after ordering and paying. I have complained to the seller but have received no response since then.
The Austrian Post works normally and covid is no more excuse than delivery time for a letter between USA and EU over 1 month!

Well, first off, I made a mistake in ordering the wrong key type, but Laptopkey.com was quick to fix this. The mail service then lost my keys (this happens a lot in my city and it's actually quite aggravating--one can see it on the USPS ratings in Casper, WY) and I had to mention that but again, I got service and my new keys arrived. They are absolutely perfect and I am so very happy. The service was quick and actually got done so I will be using this site for my key needs from now on.

Great quality keyboard, also fast shipping, and the best of all they had the model that I needed, the one I couldn't find anywhere else, that was a lifesaver, they response every question I have. I recommended them the most. A safe purchase.

I purchased four keys for my laptop, without much hope to be honest, thinking they’d send the wrong keys or even that I’d never get them. I gave it a try anyway. Considering I don’t live in the US, I was willing to wait a month for my keys to arrive. Three weeks after purchasing and my keys arrive, they are in fact the keys I needed for my laptop and fitted perfectly. My laptop is back to normal. I for sure thought that all positive reviews this site had were paid, but after my great experience with them I now know they are real because i know first hand that it’s true! Thank you again!

I ordered a "9" key for a Lenovo Yoga 910 131KB and received a "G" key for some other computer (wrong key, doesn't fit). I used their contact form to request they send the correct key and have heard absolutely nothing from them. So, it looks like I'm out the $10+ and finally ordered the key from a different site. Fingers crossed.

I ordered the completely wrong keys the first time because I was in a hurry, and when I realized that I had ordered the wrong keys (Lenovo Y730 instead of Y700 keys), the company refunded my full order without even charging the postage.

The second time I wasn't in a hurry to make it to a Thanksgiving event, so I took the time to use the helpful guide on the company's site that showed the two possible variations in the Y700 keys to get the right ones. Will definitely order again if I ever need other keys.

I ordered replacement keys for old Dell laptop. Website very helpful in getting correct key and hinge. Who knew several styles were available for that model. Order arrived in just a few days. Keys were easy to replace with help from video links showing correct steps for removal of broken hinges and placement of new keys. Awesome!

The keyboard for my HP 530 arrived shortly after purchase but unfortunately was the wrong one. Contacted Laptopkey and informed their representative (Mary) of the matter, she located and special ordered the exact model which arrived a few days later. This keyboard looks and fits great in my laptop. Kudos to Laptopkey for the product and the superior customer service!!

I am from Chile. Ordered a key and it arrived exactly in 1 month. Fits perfecty and the quality same as OEM. Also, they are very responsive, they answered all of my questions pretty quickly. Totally recommended.

I asked for a key that my parrot broke a couple weeks ago. The first shipment didn't arrive, but I'm used to that in international deliveries. I contacted them and they immediately sent me a second key, which arrived in a matter of 4 days! And it fit perfectly in my keyboard. I would definitely buy from them again.

This is not the first time I have dealt with this vendor. I have ordered small items such as one key for a replacement on a keyboard to replacement keyboards for laptops. Their products always meet or exceed OEM specifications. They recently sent me a keyboard that had a defective backspace key. It was the first time I received an item that had a flaw. I emailed them and they immediately sent another keyboard out so that I could get the laptop back to the client on the agreed date.

Superb Service!!!!

I ordered on the 14th of December 2018 a laptop key (the Y key) from laptopkey.com, a Los Angeles - based company.
The key was shipped the next day and arrived on th 10th of January 2019 in Romania considering it was the period of the Christmas holidays. The communication with the people at laptopkey.com was great and the product has fitted perfectly. The service was fantastic and I strongly recommend them.

So my wife accidentally knocked a small chair over onto my 7 year old laptop and the K key went flying. Snapped the hinge and the small clips behind the key. I couldn't salvage any part.

I hoped I could find a spare key on ebay or somewhere else but a quick search brought up LaptopKey.

What got me is that they listed not only my laptop, but apparently several models. Once I had that, they then showed me several photos of the key mechanism. Wasn't too hard to match mine and place an order. I was really impressed by that.

Their videos show how to assemble the hinge with the key but to my delight it arrived already assembled so I only had to pop it back into place.

Friendly people and no fuss. The service just worked!

Ordered from Australia. Arrived with no dramas. I do hope I never have to use their service ever again, but I'll recommend these guys to my friends.

I live a small country in Europe and I needed a single replacement key for my laptop. The key I ordered arrived in less than 20 days and was exactly the same as the original key on my laptop. They responded to my emails within an hour to clarify which key I needed exactly and they were very friendly and helpful. It was also shipped it on the same day. Would recommend to anyone that needs to buy a replacement key.
