Bought an AOC U2879 VE monitor to be able to work from home more effectively. Didn't need it particularly fast so settled for the standard free delivery option but it arrived 2 days later! Awesome. All stated gear was included and its a really good monitor.

Excellent Service, product best price by far. Their supplier had difficulties, not surprising with a few global issues on the go at the moment, but despite that, Laptops Direct did actively chase the supplier and keep me informed at regular intervals. Well worth the extra wait. have used before, and will use again!

Fantastic customer service clarifying the order and answering questions. Also arrived 2 days early. The item itself was over £400 cheaper than anywhere else as well as throwing in about £150 worth of extras. Brilliant!

GREAT BUT..... I bought a A+ refurbished gaming monitor. It was in immaculate condition, like new and came in the original box. Only thing that really annoyed me is paying £10 delivery to Northern Ireland. We are still in the UK guys. Amazon, eBay & most other companies don't charge us extra shipping so why do you? If not for that it would have been 5 stars.

Have tried to phone them for 2 days hung on for the first day for 45 minutes no reply just loud music l have paid for my item £84 and l want to just ask a simple question about my delivery of a phone to Argos. I feel very disapointed and would not recommend your company.

Just made my fourth purchase from laptops direct, my first from their website. I find them excellent, never had a problem at all. On previous purchases from their Huddersfield store I’ve found them helpful. This time, via their website, was no different. They shipped the item quickly, gave updates etc. The price I paid was the best to be found online.

Bought a new unlocked Apple iPhone 6S Plus 128GB. As this model was discontinued several years ago, I assumed by "new" in the description they really meant "refurbished" but no, I called LD's customer service and they said it was definitely brand new. Yet the price was nearly 1/3 of the original retail price! I went ahead and sure enough it arrived in the original Apple packaging etc. Not only that but the phone let me take out a full AppleCare policy which proves it was new and unregistered. This top model iphone cost nearly £800 when it came out and I think LD may have some more, so get yourself a bargain! I ordered two Samsung phones, they arrived the next day in sealed, perfect condition. Warranty is by Samsung, all perfect. And very reasonable prices. Got a reasonably quick answer to my questions, despite the lockdown. Good service!

Found the ideal printer for my needs at Laptops Direct, Epson XP 255, neat and tidy and reasonably priced. Simple to order, very quick delivery and easy to install (with the help of my Grandson). Would have preferred a tilting control panel like previous Epson model and only 5 sheets of photo paper included whereas 10 displayed on box! Other than that, pleased with my purchase.

I bought a 'refurbished' Acer laptop that seemed much like new & after a week or so all seems to be ok. Delivery took a while longer than promised but no doubt that was due to Easter & Covid 19

The laptop I received was faulty and it was desperately needed for working from home - it then took a further 10 days to get refund from Laptops Direct and even then I had to chase them. To add insult to injury they've charged me £10 shipping costs, to receive a faulty item! This should be refunded, what have I paid postage for exactly? Don't take a chance with this company, use someone reputable like AO or John Lewis.

I'm very happy with my recently purchased OEM USB Webcam with built in microphone. It works perfectly and was very easy to start using straight away. The online purchasing process was very easy and quick. I also really appreciated the speedy next day delivery. All round an excellent service, i would definitely recommend.
