The whole process was very easy. My headboard was just as advertised. Tanner helped me out and was able to work with me on a date to pick up at store. Overall an easy experience and happy with my purchase.

Las Vegas Furniture Online was able to locate the specific sofa and loveseat set we wanted that we had difficulty finding, and gave us an amazing price on them! They were excellent with communication, pricing, and expectations, keeping us informed as the order went along. Once they received our couches, we got scheduled and delivery in 1 day! Delivery was fast and professional as well. Will be purchasing from them again, and have already referred and recommended them to friends. Thanks!

Price was great...wait was not. After almost 2 months I finally got my recliner and sofa. The armrest came off as soon as I sat down. They were quick to offer to fix it and another broke while I waited for them. They fixed both, but of coarse more things broke. I fixed it myself with the proper hardware. Covid was part of the problem for the delivery time, but not all of it.

The drum is always beating these days to 'shop local' but the experience can be sub-par, unprofessional or just plain unpleasant, driving consumers to the national 'big guys' where they have figured out a formula for customer service. But LasVegasFurnitureOnline has figured out how to do customer service--right in our own backyard. This is especially true on the delivery end where the professionals make the entire process stress-free and smooth. The whole point of shopping online is to reduce the amount of time and stress involved and LVFO makes that happen from beginning to end.

Tanner was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me to select a massage chair on June 12th. He was very patient while I sat in the different chairs and he answered all my questions. Tanner completed the transaction in a timely manner and helped load it in my truck. I appreciated it very much and would shop again at Las Vegas Furniture Online.

Recently purchased a king side mattress, box spring, and bed frame. The wood connecting the headboard to the rails broke within 2 weeks. So now I’m 8 months pregnant, and currently sleeping on a mattress on the floor. When I contacted the owner Adam Gordon he assured me that the bed came with a warranty then later recanted, mocked me, and refused to replace it. It’s sad that business owners like Adam exist, they have ZERO integrity, and don’t care about their customers. Please spare yourself the hassle, and avoid this business at all cost. They sell cheap furniture and when it breaks they refuse to replace it. DO NOT spend your money here. They treat customers like crap, and have crappy furniture. Shop elsewhere, and avoid this place at all cost.

Hello, I stopped in on a Thursday afternoon with a mind of what style I wanted, but not a full grasp on what pieces that would be. Tanner's patiently listened and help me find what furniture I ended up purchasing. It was single-handedly the best furniture experience I have ever had. Best part, my furniture arrived sooner than expected and was delivered the next scheduled delivery day. Will purchase again for sure.

I was actually getting a new massage chair since my old one started malfunctioning. The warranty actually worked and I got a whole new massage chair that I love. The white glove delivery team came here and took the broken chair out and placed the new chair upstairs in the desired room. It was a difficult job but Tanner was great. I am happy with my chair and my experience.
