The turnaround and approval of the card was super quick, however 3 days after approval I've received my purchase but no account information, PDS or contract details have arrived via email ?

I used this to make an online interest free purchase for a new laptop from Harvey Norman. The process was so quick and easy. Did it all on my phone!

I would like to close my account/ cancel my gem visa however the phone lines are currently closed for help. I also cannot locate my account number in order to process account closure via the app.

In April 2020 my account was breached by fraudsters and the card was duly blocked and cancelled. I got a replacement within 10 working days. Unfortunately in May there's another fraudulent purchase kicking in and I got really fed up with it. I advised the call centre to block and cancel it yet again. This time I'm not gonna use this card anymore. It's a pity really !

Received Go master card in mail on 24 March 20. Which I did NOT apply for. Called them many times over the past few weeks, voice message that there is a 2 hour delay.
I have not activated the card and have no intentions of using it just want to cancel it.
On 29 April 20 received a statement with $25 set up $5.95 monthly fee
Plus three transactions made in NSW. Total of over $300. Give me a break.
I got feedup and reported it to Vic police.
Come on Latitude finance what kind of an operation are you running.
I have AMX, Visa no such issues.
I JUST WANT TO Cancel Go master card.

Wait time in the call centre is a minimum 2 hours so they encourage you to email them for a quicker reply. Done that and 24 hours later I still haven’t had a reply. Terrible customer service and a nightmare to contact.

Reward and accumulating points is fine but I am currently paying about $100 per month on billed finance charges and I am not happy about it. Please investigate and get back to me.

I recently purchased a tv for my son and applied for the go MasterCard. I have almost paid this off and decided to get a new one for the lounge room. I went online and ordered my new tv, was able to put it on my go MasterCard and was done in about 10minutes. That included me browsing. I think this card is an absolute asset. Loving it.

I was able to buy a new fridge on my Gem Lattitude card, my old fridge's thermostat had given up after 30 years, so I went online to buy a new one. Thanks to Gem for helping me make it possible. I have confidence that I can pay it back in good time. They make it easier for me to manage it.

They have taken almost two weeks since now to activate latitude pay account and the customer service is asking to wait for a phone call for ID verification and still no one responds to it for almost two weeks till now.But advertise like you’ll get the approval in minutes. Ridiculous.

I have had my card for about fifteen years. I use it regularly for large purchases like dishwashers and televisions and it is really good for being able to make these purchases manageable. The reason for this review is their service and the problems with their online system. I really don't being charged $0.95 for the privilege of making a payment every single time and $5.95 every month as an "account service fee". I get one emailed advice each month that a statement is available when I log into my account. That is the extent of the service. While I know that COVID19 is making things difficult for all financial institutions at the moment, I found an erroneous transaction on my statement and when I phoned, I was advised that there would be a 2 hour wait. 2 hours!!! I also needed to activate a new card. The link on the sticker on the card to do it online didn't work. I got the "oops this page must have moved" message and was then directed to call. With a 2 hour wait, I don't think so. After some searching I found an online form to dispute a transaction. I filled it out but I'm still not convinced that it actually "submitted" because nothing happened when I hit the submit button. You get no response to messages sent to their facebook account and there is only a bot for online interaction, no humans. If the company wants to drive people to interact with them online then make it easy or at least a functioning option to do so - after all it is costing me $5.95 each month for the pleasure.

I found it difficult to get help from Latitude when they deducted an extra $100 payment after the expiration date of my loan contract. When I called, the operator while helpful and courteous, was unable to "find" the extra payment on their system. I was advised to use the online portal to resolve things. I did this and a week later received notification ANOTHER $100 payment was being deducted, totalling $200 they deducted from my account incorrectly and contravening my loan contract. Finally my bank has come to the rescue and will be disputing the over-payments. Disappointed in the lack of concern by Latitude about the overpayments, and frustrating that should I have missed a payment I would have been bombarded with nuisance phone calls 3-4 times per day till I made the payment. I've learned my lesson not to give such organisations access to my bank account details. I would not recommend this service, nor would I use it again.

The purchase was very easy and the online services is very useful.

we had already chosen our product but had to wait over 20 minutes for a salesperson to do the paperwork not their fault just a lack of staff available.Management are at fault here.

They advertise interest free, but charge a $10 monthly fee, plus $150 set up fee, plus a direct debit processing fee. They almost make it extremely difficult to operate. Terrible.

Silly take payment every week, should every fortnight because people forget make sure money in bank. account for every second week.. No app to check
Everyone better off use After-pay is only 4 payments every payday
If want longer payment use Zippay for every payment a month.

This review is specifically about the capability to use the GO MasterCard to pay Apple products "over 12 months without interests."

I know this might be completely out of the hands of Latitude/GO, but it is a little disappointing having to wait for the call of a "Sales Representative" from Apple to confirm and process my order, especially when I already had a valid GO card, with sufficient funds for the regular purchase, and it is already the second time I've done such transactions!

Of course, once confirmed and processed, the rest of the experience was flawless, as one would expect from an Apple product and Latitude financials.
