The website stated that delivery would be 1 to 2 days, the item actually took 8 days to arrive. In fairness the website has now been updated to show dispatch will be 4 days but it is worth noting the courier they use takes 4 days.

Excellent, the website was easy to navigate, the price was competetive, I had an email stating the order had been dispatched and the was complete process took 4 days, I even sent them an email (unsolicited) congratulating them on their service in these trying times. One thing I suggest would be to send a confirmation of purchase email.

I bought a Flymo Ultra Glide as the two I previously owned gave out.

After checking the web, I decided on this model of lawnmower and haven't been disappointed as it ticks all the boxes.

Lawnmower Direct was the best price available for this lawnmower and the service I received during what must be the most difficult circumstances of the Covid 19 lockdown was fast which I gratefully appreciated as the lawn was becomming a jungle.

I would recommend Lawnmower Direct and would certainly look to make further purchases from them.

After being told my order would be delivered on Friday I am still waiting for it didn’t give me a tracking number so I can’t even see where it is I have a job I can’t do due to wait for this delivery I will be calling in the morning to see what is going on

Great service and price, only took a couple of days to be delivered which under the current circumstances is very good and the Honda lawnmower I bought for a good price and has so far been excellent.

Easy to order, arrived in 4 working days under current lock down conditions. Easy to put together only once I had watched a "YouTube video", as the instruction leaflet wasn't very good.
Mower is great cuts well

Very quick service especially given the current situation, good value when compared with manufacturer own website, also excellent service from the carrier who phoned the day before the pallet was delivered to make sure that it was suitable.

We're in lockdown, the old lawnmower burns out and we were 250,000+ in the queue to get on B&Q's website. I looked a little further, found Lawnmowers Direct, better price and good delivery. Just what we needed.

Under the Covid-19 problems and the Easter holiday my mower took just over 2 weeks to be delivered, which I thought was an excellent result.

Website stated 3 to 4 days delivery but I thought this was optimistic given the current situation with Covid-19. Courier (DHL) arrived on Good Friday 4 days after I ordered. So, courier was good and the company was good too. Other places I had tried to order from had no delivery vans available.
