In response to reply to me dated 23 .1 where you assert that you knew nothing about marked item. Absolutely NOT true. More than happy to post all emails and your responses here. I note that two subsequent reviews are similar. Do not be misled by this company- website tries to infer that they have premises in Shepard’s Market London- Not true they are based on Bradford. They are complete liars. Do not waste your money on this company. I shouldn’t be shocked by their untruthful responses. I am convinced that the good reviews are made up as goods are shoddy and they are just ripping people off.

Orderd a bed , was told the day before delivery that someone would ring 30/60mins before arrival . Contacted customer support that day as no one called. Was informed again that courier will call.. which they didn't.. customer service same person answers all the time on live chat later in the evening said they have been and no one was there. Had to wait for them to send over a picture of front door which they did the following day and was told they have to wait for their call long. That was 3 days ago I've tried emails and live support it's got ignored. The land line is no longer in use. I explained that now we are sleeping on the floor as the old bed had to be taken away due to the new one arriving. So now we are without a bed and no refund in sight! UPDATE!!!
So after you telling me a few days ago that the second attempt of delivery wouldn't be made as the deliver van had been in a snow accident you was gonna let me know when the courier would diliver sat or Sunday.. you didn't!! I was told by online chat it would be Sunday. (which is today) I've heard nothing , only chat and emails are getting ignored and still no bed in sight.. I've no faith it's going to turn up at all. If I've not had a response or a bed by the end of the day which was promised and the 3rd attempt I will go to trading standards ect this isn't acceptable as previously stated I'm sleeping on a floor as I had no room to store old bed as the new bed was coming !

Very very bad company I ordered my bed mattress and headboard they phoned me up saying they haven’t got one part of it which they said it’s the headboard but when it came it was no mattress I don’t the delievery people about this and they said it would be delieverd the next day it wasn’t ive phoned them emailed them tried speaking on live chat but didn’t answer and haven’t heard from them since avoid at all cost they are scammers and can’t solve this big problem cause their numbers don’t exist rodda from portsmouth a very dissapointed customer

Do not buy a bed from this company customer service is just a no go.
I had a beds delivered and it was not as described it had silver studs on back and front headboard which was not in the pictures or description we paid £300 for the Roy sleigh bed in kingsize and basically I had the bed delivered and I emailed straight away reading the issue I didn’t here back for days. So I was without a bed to sleep on for days because they won’t except returns that are used. Anyhow they have offered me a miserable £29.99 as compensation and that’s the most they will do because they said it’s only £300 bed what do you exspect.
Had the bed 2 weeks not more now and still no reply or money back I am contacting trading standards and citezens advice aswell as klarna and my credit card company.
There phone number online is bogus and dosent work I’m just trying to save people losing money

Wanted to order a bed online but wanted the Ruby red Crush velvet but couldn’t find one then came across Laywell Beds where you can choose your own fabric and any colour you want. Definitely good value and very good quality best part was you can buy now pay later. Super fast two men free delivery. very easy website. I cannot complain about any aspect of my transaction. Keep the good work up

I am a 100% satisfied with my purchase and the service I received free delivery and free assemble , they also disposed of my old bed for free too which is a bonus i would recommend this company to anyone. Very pleased.

Terrible ordered on the 3rd delivery should have been 5 to 10 working days heard nothing to say any different still have not received my order and I have now sent many emails with no reply and no reply on live chat so I cant even get my money refunded

Was a bit apprehensive about choosing a bed as there is so much to choose from and having got it wrong last time I didn't want to make the same mistake again. My 'fears' were soon diminished after looking on website with the luxury options of mattresses. We then lay on a few different mattresses of that rating and slowly narrowed it down to one that we were both happy with. Once we decided we would definitely be buying we clicked on the buy button that’s when we found out that we didn’t have to pay for delivery, free assemble and they take the old mattress with no extra cost. We're now looking forward to the delivery of our new bed & mattress

Ordered a bed on may 5th, emails back and forth to decide what colour to go for all prompt. Sent me an email to say that it was dispatched and then an email to say that the bed would arrive Monday 10th. Saturday the 8th I had an email saying that the bed wouldn’t be delivered now until the following Monday (May 17th) as the delivery company had collected the wrong order but as a goodwill gesture they would give an aloe Vera pillow for free. We accepted this I emailed for them to confirms it would I definitely be delivered ok Monday 17th and never received a reply. Monday 17th came along and I had heard nothing, so I started an online chat with Adam from Laywellbeds for the first opening questions he was quick at answering until I asked him to tell me where my bed was 2.5 hours went by and he told me that he had contacted the courier for check where the driver was and would get back to me and then disconnected the chat. I then emailed customer services again hoping for a reply as the phone line doesn’t work, this time I got a response saying they weren’t delivering today as now the courier had lost part of the order in the warehouse and it wouldn’t be delivered now until Thursday. It seems as though this company likes to pass blame and it’s all the couriers fault they were never to blame 🙄. Anyway, to cut a long story short I replied and demanded a full refund and told them to cancel my order I’ll shop elsewhere. The only positive I have to say is they were prompt with my refund.

We ordered a bed four weeks ago, been given four different delivery dates and still have not received any product from them. We have called but it just rings out and isn't a valid user. We have emailed them numerous time but to no avail have still not received a reply. Stealing money from people. We have paid the amount in full. It is absolutely shameful and when we did have contact after we placed the order. The delivery guy told us he was 45 mins away when he was about am hour and a half. He then proceeded to just go home and not deliver the bed and we were informed he had delivered it. Are now straight up refusing to speak to us. 0/10 would not recommend. If I could rate any lower I would. -10 stars.

when I ordered the bed the website was very basic, since then they have updated it but there was no option to choose colour so i had to email them and no option for storage but because the picture had drawers in I presumed it would come with drawers. First they gave me wrong delivery date, then said I could choose my own date and time but the delivery company said that wasn’t true. It says on website it’s 2 man team but only one turned up and he needed my husbands help. The bed arrived with no drawers. Both me and the delivery team struggled to get hold of the company. I finally got my bed with drawers but within a couple of weeks a part attaching the headboard broke. When I got the bed the nails sticking out and wood made me realise how cheaply made the bed is. I’m fed up with complaining. A mattress protector and upgraded pillows doesn’t compensate what I went through. But yes I wouldn’t recommend this company at all

Amazing prices amazing quality beds! Love the super king we purchased. although there was a small issue at the start of my order with the courier damaging the bed ( no fault of the company) but Laywells did not make me aware and did not respond when asked about my order.. 10 days later! customer services telling me my bed was missing until they told me the issue, complimented me with 2 pillows worth £60 though witch is appriciated!! could be better with communications and order updates but other than that very happy!

I am only giving this company a score of 1 as you cannot go any lower. Avoid this company at all cost. I ordered a bed and when it arrived last Wednesday the headboard was significantly marked. I contacted them by email ( phone number disconnected ) and was asked to provide a photo. I provided 3 which clearly show 4 big black marks on headboard. I was told that my issue would be passed to thier production department. Despite numerous emails I am yet to receive a response and do not hold out any hopes of getting one ! I have contacted my credit carder provider to obtain refund. As advised earlier AVOID AT ALL COST

I bought this mattress for my mother and mother is extremely happy now because her back doesn’t hurt anymore. I do recommend this type of mattress for people with back problems. Excellent stuff, worth for money.
