When I got my order one of the LEDs were not working and would not change flash patterns. I returned that one and customer service sent me a new one as soon as I dropped it off at UPS which was great. I got the second bar in the mail and one whole section of LEDs were not working. I was told i could take the end cap off and plug it in to the wire harness. This was not real easy to do without the proper tools. The light works great now but was difficult to get it working.

Product that I ordered was not what I received, then was offered a switch box that I would have to wire in myself and that's not what I wanted to do that's why I ordered the visor light-bar that had the control box built into it.

I was a little concerned that no paperwork came with the item, until I went to the website. All of the manuals are available there. I like that you have s great selection, great prices, and saving resources by reducing paper documents.

I've bought a light from here many years ago. Now I'm back to upgrade to a better light system. Prices on here are way better than other sites I've looked at. And you get an awesome product that doesn't break the bank.

A great choice for a volunteer or paid on call pov. Easy to wire in, simple diagrams provided. The product itself is of sturdy construction, doesnt look or feel cheaply made. The hammered style finish on the speaker I do believe will hold up to the northern climate elements better than some of the competing products. My only complaint is the stickers dont stay on the key pad.

Recieved the wrong light my 1st time dealing with your company and I was disappointed I trashed the light which was not even bright enough to use on my police interceptor...I run traffic in the Austin and San Antonio area and I install my own lights and some coworkers I'm not going to recommend your product

The siren and speaker were what I expected when I ordered.....loud and clear. The only thing bad was there was no wiring diagram that came with them. I emailed customer service and never got a reply. Figured it out eventually but could have went a lot easier with diagram

After a great initial follow-up contact I never heard back when I requested directions for a refund and return. The device I purchased was broken upon delivery. I received a sales follow up email. I explained the problem. I got a response asking if I wanted a replacement or refund. When I indicated a refund all communication stopped. I have sent two emails with no follow-up.

Website is OK, seems good so far, but shipping is expensive. Arrived quickly and well packaged. The items have only been bench tested but seem of good quality and work well (once I downloaded the wiring instructions, none were included... no big problem). Overall very satisfied.

There is no use in contacting them about problems because they won't do anything about said problems anyway. This light was faulty. I had to open it up, rewire, and resolder for it to work. On the last order, I had to launch a complaint with the credit card company for them to care. My siren still turns itself on at random. Will probably never order from them again.

When ordered the wrong product was sent after contacting and sending pictures showing the wrong product they sent me a return label to send it back and same day they got the wrong one back they sent the correct one

pretty good layout of website.. e-commerce site was alright/ seems secure. My impression was the order would be delivered via 'courier' and within days.. I'm not sure if this is a COVID issue exactly; the order took about 15 days and via USPS. Not a huge problem, I was just expecting the order to be delivered sooner..
