Needed an eviction notice, and got the template I needed in Word (editable) format, along with a brief, user-friendly overview of the document options and uses. It was easy to select the appropriate document for my state and modify it slightly for my needs. It wasn't in the instructions, but I'll get my document notarized.

It's awesome that a company like Legal Templates gives the normal person an opportunity to do some of the work on their own to save time and a lot of money. By using the Legal Template, I can draft a contract or amendment that I need for our business and have most of the work done before turning over to my attorney for final edit and review. My attorney said I probably saved close to $1,000.00 by creating the amendment that I needed from Legal Templates for our LLC. As a small business owner, I'm very grateful for this type of service.

Experienced other sites that said free and after you plugged in all the information for the contract it required you to plug in credit card info for their "free" trial. This site did not pull any bait and switch ...it was free, it was easy to use, and you can download and save (multiple) contracts in pdf or word. No complaints. Will recommend this site to a friend.
