I live in New Hampshire and turn to Boston retailers to find many home furnishings. I had a good experience purchasing a modern sectional sofa from Lekker last year, so when I needed to furnish another room I knew they carried the lines I was interested in. Although they didn't have the piece I was looking for on their floor, they were extremely helpful in ordering it for me, arranging delivery for me, and following through with communication every step of the way.

I first visited Lekker on a Sunday morning just as they were opening. The young lady who helped me was friendly and knowledgeable and gave us plenty of space (ie. She did not hover). We went to Lekker specifically to see the Blu Dot furniture. Our purchase was delivered in 3 weeks and the delivery company - The Word - did a great job. Overall a great experience.

I would 100% recommend Lekker. Our clients love the Eldvarm firewood baskets we bought, and the service we got from Laura Pierce from the sales department was phenomenal.

item arrived damaged only one left ...offered me 10% off really not enough on item that was 100.00 but were very nice when I talked to them.Still waiting on return label.

I paid extra for expedited shipping and the item took a few days longer than expected to arrive. All the same, the mug I ordered was well packed.

We shop in the store when in Boston, and we peruse the website and order online from our home in Texas. Both are satisfying. Same great products and same attentive, personalized service!

Before placing my order, I wrote Lekker three times over the course of a week, asking about waffle towels, and each time the information I'd asked for came within minutes, The purchase was a gift, and the recipients received it two days after it was shipped. And they loved the waffle towels I sent, of course!

My husband and I talked about the patience, professionalism and friendliness of the delivery men for at least 5 minutes before we even commented on how nice the piece looked. They were great and didn't leave until the sideboard was totally perfect.

I was told on the phone that the Nelson night clock included free shipping and that it was an alarm clock. Neither was true! I was charged for the shipping, it was not an alarm clock and as attractive as it is, for five hundred dollars I did not need another clock---what I need is an alarm clock. I then had to re-package and have it shipped back. I like your inventory but expected more knowledgeable sales help.
