I just called them. I waited 35 minutes in a complete silence. The lady said "briefly silence". So disappointing of the product and the customer service. I started recording after minute 17. To prove the long sinlence wait. Unbelievable. For buying products they answer right away.

I bought a laptop from Lenovo online. I thought I was also buying microsoft 2019 but they trickd me and gave me a subscription that I hve to download and i stall. they promised to install the real version. The computer came with no instructions, doesn't work and it is impossible to contact lenovo. They are terrible.

I've had to send my laptop in three separate times because each time the repair team either completely ignores the problem or makes it worse. I had a flashing screen and they send me a new screen of much lower quality than what I initially paid for. Then I sent it back to get it replaced with the same quality monitor I paid for, but instead my repair number got mixed up with another customer's and they sent it back not having fixed anything. Now I've got to send it back a third time. Unimaginable incompetence on all levels.

I bought the laptop mid November 19, since then it has spent more time with their repair department than it has with me, three times it has been repaired, all for the same issue, on start up it comes up with "preparing automatic repair", it then does nothing, they have replaced most of the insides, motherboard, SSD and other items each at least twice, it came back before Easter, started up again guess what same again. I demanded a refund, and was told that they could not do that. I asked to speak to a supervisor/manager and was told that that was not possible as he was going home soon and then cut off. The laptop was bought off the Lenovo website, but the laptop was delivered via a company called Digital River Ireland Ltd. They are a nightmare to contact, they do not have an address you can get hold of them on, but a C/O address based in Accrington but with a London telephone number. Twice I have tried to call it, half and hour wait each time only to be cut off each time when I told them what I wanted. I would have thought a company like Lenovo would have a proper customer services team in place, not a third party organisation that acts like a back street cut and shunt outfit. I cannot advise anyone to buy direct from Lenovo not due to the products, but the after service which is the worst I have ever come across, down to the credit card company now.

Terrible experience with Lenovo. I have built and customized a lap top in their website and paid £2.5k for it. After two months my lap top was not delivered and could not be found. They have opened an investigation and, after 3 weeks, they gave me no notification or position of what they were doing about the case. I had to call them again to ask for a refund and they asked for 8 business day to do it. Unfortunately I'm taking legal actions against them as this is the worst customer service I have ever seen!

The customer service from Lenovo and Digital River has been absolutely abysmal from the moment I placed my 2 orders in the last 2-3 weeks. The customer service staff do not seem to have any information available to them about orders (everything results in a ticket being raised and no-one getting back to me), and there is a shocking disconnect between the customer service team and the warehouse. I have never experienced anything like this, and do not intend to purchase from Lenovo again.

Terrible technical support - why waste money on agents that want to do the bare minimum and suggest returning the desktop where I bought it from, rather than finding a solution? Again, my issue was trying to find out why the Lenovo IdeaCenter all-in-one desktop was giving me the error "an internal error has occurred" when I tried enabling the BitLock from the Windows Pro that I just purchased. I downloaded drivers, I rebooted it. It's something inside the desktop that is preventing the BitLock from enabling. Yet your tech support says contact Microsoft or return it. Bravo Lenovo.

WARNING: Do not buy a Lenovo product unless you are OK with the following. After you have used your computer for a few weeks, Lenovo will take over your computer and install Bing as your browser, overriding whatever you were using including all your bookmarks. In my case, it made it impossible to access my Google Chrome. When I called Lenovo to complain, I was told that they would fix it if I purchased a software service contract for $199 for a year or $90 for a month. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that I would receive a call. Not surprisingly, that never happened. Fortunately, enough people have dealt with this problem that there are multiple entries on the Internet instructing how to fix it yourself. If you want to deal with such a sleazy, unethical company, be prepared. I think that you would be better advised to purchase a computer from a more reputable company.

I bought ThinkPad tablet x1 gen 3 it cost me around £2000 with top spec. quality is questionable my tablet stopped working after 23 days of receiving it. Shocking knowing that it past some military test. Lenovo with partner River Ireland has extremely bad customer service. It looks like they are armatures trying to get peace of the market by not looking at their customers. Just selling goods and services and ignoring us. Like dishonest people do. My journey with Lenovo and River Ireland started on 1 march 2019 (bought tablet from Lenovo.com web. But invoices are from River Ireland) when I place an order. Tablet received around 12 march 2019. Tablet stopped working 4 April 2019. Called to Lenovo tech. support I was advised that they can collect and fix it. But i wanted full refund because I believe it’s not to satisfactory quality (stop working in 23 day). Advised to go to River Ireland but no result they were sending me forwards and backwords through departments till this day 08 May 2019. My advice to you forget Lenovo and digital river ireland ltd that they exist it is frustrating to get it sorted when they give a dam about you. I will never buy again from them and if i will see that someone is partners with Digital River Ireland LTD i will cancel my order straight away. I advise for you to do the same.

If I could give 0 stars, I would! I strongly urge you to consider purchasing a computer elsewhere. If you want a lenovo computer, DO NOT go through the UK lenovo team. They are pathetic at best. I purchased a Thinkpad X1 Carbon Gen 7 computer - received it and it was faulty. I sent it back and asked for a replacement and the 2nd computer was faulty again. They told me at this point, my only option was to get a refund and issue another order (I did not). After more than a week of having sent back my second computer, they emailed me asking what my return reference number was and asked if it was picked up from my home address - THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW THEMSELVES WHATS GOING ON. I have yet to wait for my refund which they said would take 3-5 working days. I expect this will be another week since they didn't even know the item was returned a week ago. I initially bought my computer in mid-April and well it's almost mid-June. During this entire process, I called over ten times - every time they tell you someone will call and get back to you, they DO NOT. They also are not helpful as everything needs to be reviewed by a higher team, which does not take up to two days like say, and seem to not exist since there's no one to speak to. One of the issues I had which was reviewed by this 'higher team' came back two weeks later after consistent calling from my end to just get an update. Such a shame as I think the computer is meant to be really great but if you're paying over £1400 for a laptop, it should be worth it. ALSO, if you decide to move forward, good luck with getting help if something breaks down with your laptop PAST the initial 14 days - they really try not to put you first as a customer. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE TO SAY THE LEAST!

My computer was purchased April 5, 2019. I had connectivity issues where the computer would drop connectivity constantly. I contacted Lenovo and purchased an extended warranty after several other issues with the computer. I finally had to mail it in to Lenovo after it refused to start. They claimed I would have it back in 9 days. 13 days have gone by and no information from Lenovo. I called and they claimed they had to replace the motherboard and were waiting on parts. I should have it back in 3 moer days...that's 16 days. I am not happy at all with Lenovo and will not purchase another product from them.

I bought a Lenovo yogi i7 three weeks ago, in April, 2020. I bought their premium 4 year extended warranty and tech support. Those of you who are thinking about getting their extended coverage, PLEASE DON'T! YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR MONEY. I called three times. Each time, I got rude, INCOMPETENT morons to "advice" me. These are bunch of incompetent nitwits. Don't bother. BUY A MAC.
