I ordered my son glasses and still haven't received my son glasses and I even tried to switch them because the ones that I picked are too big for his face and I still haven't received anything or an e-mail back about anything so i I want refund

Thank you Lensntrends for my awesome Bolle snow helmet and ski goggles! This is my third time shopping with Lensntrends.I have a ski trip coming up and I cant wait to wear both my new helmet and goggles they are exactly as shown on the website and the quality is top notch. The customer service team sent me updates on my order and answered all the questions I had for them. The shipping was fast and they even expedited the shipping to me free of charge. I could not be happier with my purchase. They never disappoint me and I recommend them to all my friends and family. Highly recommend them if you are looking for a high quality designer eyewear at affordable prices!!

Took 2 weeks to tell me my item wasn't available. No response to my email when I asked on status of order. Whether an item is available to ship should be known within a week so Customer can move on.

Let me say that lensntrends are the best. From start to finish just amazing even sent my sister to them. That's how good they are. And will send all my friends when they need glasses they are fast and courteous and just great people over all. So if your looking for the best. Lensntrends I would recommend 5 stars.

My frames were supposed to arrive 3 weeks ago but still haven't arrived yet. They created a shipping label a week ago just so They could claim that the process had already started, but it's been a week and they still haven't delivered. I've been constantly calling them for the past week to be told that they'll be coming in the "next few days" but that's a bunch of bull. Their customer service reps were no help at all and kept repeating the same thing. Eventually I was transferred to their "manager", who promised that she'd get it done within the day, but still nothing changed. TLDR: Save yourself some time and shop somewhere else. The few bucks you'd save shopping here really isn't worth the hassle.

Glasses came packaged extremely well. Received expedited shipping as a courtesy being that the glasses were on back order. Received in a timely manner. Will definitely shop on this site again. Love my entire experience.

Seemingly helpful but until I receive the product I wouldn't say it's been a good experience. I made the most orders but both items are in back order and I have to wait extra long for my purchase

I ordered a pair of glasses 05/04 with 2 day shipping, received an order confirmation and have waited over a week with no shipping confirmation. I tried to call yesterday 05/12 no one answered the phone, I even left a voicemail but no one returned a call. I understand with everything going on it may take a little longer but I continue to get adds and promotions but you can not conduct the business you've already received. Unless something changes I will be sure to take my business elsewhere.

Ordered a Polaroid face visor and I understand separately that it is on backorder, but I did not receive any indication from lensntrends on anticipated shipping. I shouldn't be charged until merchandise is shipped.

I ordered my glasses on April 10th and still have no emails or texts about my shipping updates, as I was promised. No glasses have come in the mail, and there's no way to track my order outside of downloading some app that is asking for information I don't want to or need to share with it to track a package. I need these to drive at night, and I was hoping to have them by now. Where are my glasses, guys??????
