Leonard Mortgage Group made the mortgage and home buying process as seamless and stress free as possible. They were able to locate and lock-in the best possible rate for me and were very responsive throughout the whole home buying process. I would definitely recommend!

Excellence in every sense of the word! Jeremy patiently held our hands from the beginning to the end of the process and was there at closing to congratulate us. Great Rates, amazing service, and efficiency is the only way to describe our experience with him.

I absolutely loved working with Jeremy! He's one of those straight-shooters, no BS types - which is really appreciated when you're shopping for a home loan & need someone to give it to you straight. He also answered with ease, the million-bajillion questions I bombarded him with. I compared 4-5 local lenders off Google & Yelp and he got me the best rate by far. Even taught me something new that you don't find in the homebuying classes, called the "True Rate" -->It's never, EVER about the note rate.. in fact it's about the note rate + PMI. Someone can have a 3.75% rate, but also .85% FHA PMI so their True Rate is 4.6%. He also kept my Realtor & I ahead of schedule during the home-buying process and we got to close two weeks early. :) Really don't know how people say the homebuying process is stressful, Jeremy made it pretty dang pain-free, even had some laughs along the way. ???? Thanks, Jeremy!
