I purchased parts for my 06 GS300. I just hope all the right parts come in and in a timely manner based on the part numbers that were provided by the mechanic. Service out here in Guam is waaaay expensive so I'm happy to be able to purchase parts at a more reasonable price.

I received half of my order with no known date arrival time of the 2nd part. I would have rated it a 5 if I had more details.

I noticed an error on my order as there were two different parts numbers for a fuel sending unit for my IS 300. Of course I ordered the wrong one. I called and emailed that same day ...Issues was not resolved until I had to call again almost 5 days later. I was hoping to already have my part by this time. I would like to have spoken with a human being about whether I had gotten my order correct prior to ordering but the technical team is only reachable by email and the person I spoke with for questions couldn't answer them saying he was not qualified or allowed to do so.

I called the customer support number to ask about the difference between two trunk mats available for my car and was told by the girl that the only parts info assistance was via e-mail on the sight. I looked for a link or address but could not find one so I took a chance and ordered the mat. Hopefully I chose the correct one.

ordered a front set of brake pads, usually you get 4 pads, 2 for each wheel. I got a box of 3. box was broken, one pad missing.

I paid the extra $35 for overnight shipping. 6 days later, I received a confirmation email of my order and that it wold be shipped. I needed the part, as I was leaving for a 2000 road trip and had to depart with a broken side mirror. Dangerous to say the least. Disappointed with LexusPartsNow.

I needed to replace the weather strip on the rear passenger door on my 2005 LS430. The local dealer wanted $365 to do the job. Fortunately, they ordered the wrong part when I took it in. Then, after waiting two weeks and hearing nothing, I did an internet search on found LexusPartsNow! After ordering the part, I had a question about whether I ordered the correct part (I was concerned that it might have been for the wrong side of the car.) A call to customer service quickly confirmed that I had the correct one! The part arrived a few days late; cost me $105; and took me about 10 minutes to install it. THANK YOU LexusPartsNow!

I emailed a question about a part, which nobody responded to for 2 days. So I called, only to be told they couldn't help me. So I texted and the customer service person started filing a complaint on my behalf because nobody responded to the email I'd sent days before. I told her I didn't want a complaint filed, I just wanted to know if a part was compatible. She said she couldn't help me and directed me elsewhere. I sent another email. The response I got listed part numbers, but did not answer the question as to whether or not the part would work. Vague, unhelpful, snide customer service that reads off a script and does not stray. If you want to be treated like a robot by someone who acts like one, these guys are for you.
