LG your phones suck, you phones are made in south korea but they work they made in china. Which basically means all they ever do is overheat and restart for no reason. We're in the middle of a pandemic and my LG phone decides to not work, when i turn it on it just stays on the reboot screen. A waste of my money, never ever buying a LG again. LG is a worthless piece of crap a $45 rip-off from wish works better than this piece of crap. Stop sitting on your ass get up and fix your phones.

Bought a LG refrigerator with ice maker and the compressor went out. Wish I had read the reviews for LG before buying!! We are in the middle of a pandemic and we have no refrigerator. Had to wait 5 days for a repairman to come out and it worked for half a day. Waited another 4 days for him to come back and it STILL does not work. Now he needs another part (which of course he doesn't have) and has no idea when this will be in or when a repairman can come. We have lost all of our food in the freezer and are living out of coolers. We live in south Texas!!! We will NEVER buy anything LG again and most certainly do not recommend them. Their customer service is the absolute worst! (If you can even get a hold of them). LG - Life is Good???? NOT!!! I would give them no star if that was an option!

Had a recent experience with LG Suisse.
Sent a 1000 CHF monitor for repair after working just for 3 weeks.
They came back with a >700 CHF repair bill saying it was physical damage without ever doing a proper evaluation by disassembling the monitor. The monitor had no physical damage.
So I just lost 1000 CHF like that.
Don't bother buying LG stuff. The brand has no quality. The products are good on paper and on benchmarks but the quality is very poor and their service is non-existing.

I purchased this TV March of 2019. It went out in December of 2019. I spent over a month trying to get LG to send out a repair man. The repair man finally showed up late February and wasn’t able to make repairs. The repair man claimed that he didn’t have the necessary remote or parts and would be back in a week. A few weeks pass and I finally call the repair man that LG sent. He claimed the parts needed were not available and I would need to talk to LG to find a resolution. I immediately called LG customer support and they told me they needed to talk to management to make a decision on what to do. The customer support guy put me on hold for an hour and then hung up. I tried multiple more times to get back in touch with someone and get this issue resolved to no avail. No new TV, no fixed TV. It has now been over 5 months without a TV that I paid a very hefty price for and trusted to be taken care of. I do not recommend any LG product, just for the fact that they don’t seem to care about their customers once a purchase is made.

I bought LG Refrigerator with ice Machine at Sears in Calgary Alberta before they went under, they didn’t tell you that they would be closing their doors so the coverage we bought on it was useless we had the fridge for a year and the ice machine broke. Stupid me,I bought a LG double oven Electric stove, the stove is terrible to cook on you set a burner at low and the item still boils. I will never buy a LG Products again. Buyer beware!

customers services sucks, i was without a refrigerator over 1 month, my moms medication expired and that is not cheap as well. i called everyday and they did not have an answer for me. i was transfer over and over, people in customer services were not able to give me a fast appointment to fix my problem. this problem started in feb 26. they send people to try to fix it and they were not able to i think they even made it worse.

Customer service rep said they tried calling my phone twice, it went to voicemail in an email. And because of that they decided to close my ticket. Checked my phone records and nothing. I then tried to get in contact with their customer service, of course its outsourced to India. Whatever. I've had helpful outsourced Indian people help me out cool whatever, I was nice, explained my problem, gave them the ticket number. He said, in the most obvious way that was clearly just to try and get me off the phone (which at this point I just told him my ticket number) that a technician was trying to call me right this second. Yeah. Nope. So I try and push that he redirect me to the phone lines where I can make an appointment, he gave me the run around. Said they dont have that phone number (really? Really???) And that he'll call me back in 30 minutes to see if everything went fine. I knew he wouldn't call back but whatever I thanked him and hung up. Guess who never called.

Absolutely the worst stove we ever had! Bought it for almost $1,000 and it broke down a year and a half after the purchase. Called the company and they said it passed the warranty. Seriously?! You pay so much to have a terrible product fail on you after a year of service? My family had to eat out all week while we’re figuring out what’s wrong with the stove. Finally got a new one and not the LG brand.. We will never buy an LG product ever again! All the stove with that model should’ve been recalled.

If I could rate them zero I would terrible customer service with no real offer of a feasible solution or offer of any upgrade or refund for the purchase of a crappy device that im still paying on even thought it barely functions and that I have had to replace 2 times in one year all I was offered was to send them the device for repair and go without a phone for 2 weeks will never purchase an LG product again they do not stand behind their products whatsoever

Little to any solutions offered online to resolve a wi-fi connectivity issue that still persists. I wonder if it's because the part itself is the problem? Hmm, and I thought LG made quality products? Maybe they're no longer the trustful household name brand I once thought they were.

I wish I saw all these reviews before I purchased my LG fridge freezer, I'd have never bought the useless thing from this useless company!
My LG fridge has a linear compressor, which are known to break after 2 years. If it lasts anything longer than that, you're lucky.
The linear compressor on my fridge broke 3 months ago now, while it was still under warranty. I paid an extra £129 for LG to repair it but LG sent a dodgy repair company they work with (Domex) to spend 5 minutes to look at the fridge and say it cannot be repaired. Domex told me the warranty will cover the repair and LG should give me another fridge, but then Domex told LG something different saying the repair is outside the warranty. Now LG won't refund the £129 and will not give compensation.
Their customer service is appalling/non-existent. They have no empathy whatsoever. I'll never buy LG products again and will tell everyone to avoid them.

LG are the worst for customer service, they have no knowledge whatsoever on their own products. And that also includes their own so called "Technicians".
They are rude, they may as well come out and call you a liar, disgusting lack of help and knowledge.
Please DON'T ever buy anything from LG, if you have a problem they will deny all knowledge of it.
To say they are USELESS is a gross understatement.

This is the worst company that I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They are liars that don’t stand behind their products. I have a refrigerator that I contacted them almost a month ago to request service. Initially the phone rep said that the product was not under warranty which was not true and I told him their own website indicated the product has a 5 year warranty. He then tries to act as if he’s doing me a favorite to request a special service and get permission to have the refrigerator service. It’s not a favor when you are doing your job and honoring what you have in writing. Weeks have went by and I have made repeated phone calls where they continue to say they are escalating my request and will have someone call but I never received a return call. My last call LG claims they have no earlier request from me and they don’t have a authorized agent in my area. I spoke with a Sharon who claimed to be a supervisor and she claims that I cancelled the appointment which was yet another lie. She then schedules another appointment that she could not give me a date or time. I found out was a different company than the so called authorized company they originally claimed was coming. I have been without a refrigerator for 20 days and have lost food and medicine. LG continues to lie and not take responsibility and now the new game is to blame the customer in attempts to frustrate the consumer hoping they will just go away and they don’t have to repair the product.

We're jumping on board the LG (aka NG.."Not Good" should be their name) review train!! ??? We've had an LG refrigerator only 5 yrs & it has broken 5 times. That's an average of once a year. In addition, we decided to replace the drawer in the Glide N Access portion that has been broken for 2 months. When we pulled it out, we saw crumbled plastic that is not part of this drawer. We pulled out more sections that we did not think were broken, then another section until the "Hansel & Gretel" trail of broken plastic pieces led us to pulling out the entire Glide N Access section only to discover even more broken pieces of plastic and cracked guides for the drawer. We had to get a broom in there to sweep all of the little bitty broken plastic parts because there just too many small pieces. Of, course you call LG they will not compensate you in any way. They had the same robotic response each and every time. When there are extenuating circumstances, any company should address those independently and at least try to make good on what is apparently a very faulty appliance. Most companies will do that. We are done with LG.

The floating bar app, on my LG phone, while it a great idea, leaves much, to be desired.

1. NO clear, concise instructions re: how to change the icons, on the bar, if so desired.


2. Unable to tether floating bar; continually having to insert into its prescribed slot. Even moving the bar's home slot, was to no avail.


3. Instructions are less than clear for those who are physically and mentality challenged.
