Also know Cheap Bond Cleans I booked the service and paid $50 Deposit. After reading the reviews, I changed my mind and decided to clean the property myself. I emailed next day to have $50 refunded as it was more than 48hrs as per their cancellation policy. They then emailed asking why I was cancelling and I stated that I was going to clean property myself. I did not hear from them so I emailed again 4 days later and the emailed asking again for my deposit back. I was sent an email the next day stating they were going to refund only $10. I emailed stating this was NOT OK and demanded my full refund as it was last week I cancelled my booking. They replied stating that I had no responded to ‘why I was cancelling their service” I stated I had and this was not a requirement of their cancellation policy. I then call them asking what was going on, they stated they were processing my refund. I demand a screenshot ( as they do of customers) of this refund transaction. I was emailed a NAB screen shot showing the transfer, however they have sent a screen shot of a document that was not authorised. ( I am uncertain if this is a legitimate document and will be going to NAB to confirm this.) I have called them again and emailed them again today asking why I have been waiting for 4 days for the refund when I should only take 24hrs. Operator stated that she was going to speak to the accounts department. I asked to speak with the accounts department and she stated this was not possible.
DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY. Read other reviews of people that have had cleaners come to their property.

The day before, they rung to say that they hadn't received the funds. After much back and forth, they agreed that the funds had been received. On the day of the clean, the cleaner rang 30 minutes AFTER he was due to arrive and said that we hadn't paid and that unless we paid $300 cash upon his arrival he would not come. I then refused and sent him screenshots of my payment. He then turned up 5 hours later and demanded $350 more than we had paid stating that sliding doors are not included, one room was larger than he thought and that vacuuming a staircase was not included. It's a tiny 2-bedroom townhouse!
Not only were they trying to hold us hostage (knowing that it's a bond clean and the house had to be handed over) by being late, we were unable to hand the house back on the Friday and we had to pay 2 more days rent! Then they continued to refuse to work unless we paid this extra money.
In the end I went ballistic at three levels of phone operators at their head office until finally, after 30 minutes of screaming at them, they agreed to do the clean as their website stated. They tried everything to extort more money from us and I bet most people give in long before me.
Do not use them!!!!!!!

I make a booking 2 weeks in advance confirmed and payed for in full.
I was told someone would be in contact the day before to confirm the time they will arrive. On the day I call the call centre at 2pm their response "No don't worry sir someone will call you at 5:30pm. (alarm bells go off)
Its 5:30pm I call the call centre again and they respond "sorry we have no cleaners available to come assist you tomorrow we have been trying to contact you all day. I call bullshit !!! We live in 2022 and I can see if I have any missed calls on my phone my dear. So in conclusion they have no cleaners available and I'm left stranded. O and by the way if you want a refund you have to call our accounts department for a claim. Ok can you provide me the details? No Sorry Sir you have to email them. Ok WTF is the email address? Sorry for the inconvenience Sir and puts the phone down in my ear.
SCAM SCAM SCAM stay the F away from these assholes !!!
