I just signed up to lite n easy today. Since living in the Country, i am very pleased my order came before 9am. Excellent Service. I love the variety of foods. It is also great when Everyday is a new meal. So you cant get bored of having the same thing everyday. I had the egg and bacon muffin this morning for Breakfast. It was so yummy. Well worth your money and something to look into if you want your portion sized lowered (weight loss). I was so excited for my delivery this morning! I used to have no energy and be so tired all day. Since eating healthy today and cutting out sugar im not so tired. I managed to clean my entire house from top to bottom, do washing, dusting and mopping. It gives me so much energy. Thanks Lite N easy your such a life saver and i never hear bad reviews from you!

I'm on the 1200 per day program. If I do get hungry, I add veggies like cucumber, tomatoes, zucchini, broccoli and cauliflower all mixed together to my dinner.

i started on the jump start program for the 2wks and have continued with a 1200cal plan the fresh salads n frozen meals are impressive which makes sticking with it so much easier

we are trying to preserve arthritis in my wife's hands and not wanting to lose weight but maintain weight we have bought all the ranges of meals to test what suits our lifestyle and taste some don't but most do so now we will see what the winter menu will say

First time user the first few days were hard but getting used to it now. Following the program was easy to follow. Delivery was on time and hassle free. Looking forward to more next week and beyond.

Have been using it for a couple of weeks now and am absolutely loving it! The food is so tasty and great options for the dinners! One critique I have is that you only have two options for the breakfasts and lunches each day, I wish they let you select from the 14 options that they have for the week and you pick 7 of them, for example - there might be two that look really appealing to you one day but then zero the next day and you still have to choose one from the day where you don't like the options. Overall super happy and will continue to use!!

I only started light and easy a week ago. The food is good and I love the convenience. Only issue is while you get 2 options for breakfast and lunch occasionally both options have foods I don’t or can’t eat. I wish there was more options to either list foods you can’t or don’t eat or to swap. I end up wasting quite a lot and have to purchase other things. For

My mum has been told to watch her salt intake, i have recommended lite n easy to her but she is concerned about how much salt is added in the frozen meals. Is this ok for her?

Have only been eating Lite N Easy for 5 days. One meal, Butter Chicken, I had to throw out after only 2 spoonfuls. It was horrible!! Naturally, my opinion only, of course. The Pea and Ham soup I thought was terrible. The chunks of ham did not taste like ham at all, and the flavour, YUK. Will not order this again. A couple of the meals I thought were absolutely flavourless. The Roast Chicken for one. No better than the McKain's or other brands frozen meals I used to get in Woollies. However, of course, there are a lot more meals to try. I will continue and see if the food flavour improves. This is a very early review. However, I love food, and usually am not fussy at all - I eat anything and everything. That is why I have been so disappointed with Lite N Easy.

The evening meals are very filling & the lunches/snacks keep me going all day. It is very easy to follow & has made it possible to always ensure we have a healthy, nutritious & balanced meal in the table. A god send as a mum to an autistic child!

I am using the 7 day x 3 meals per day. Great variety, very fresh meals. I am hoping to lose weight and am certainly not hungry. The program is easy to follow and the meals are simple to prepare.

I am satisfied with the proportions in 99% of the Fresh Frozen Dinners. Only disappointed 1 meal not filling as it was a rice one and proportion of meat was lacking not usual standard I had become accustomed to since commencing lit n easy.
Food is great and program easy to follow. Really been helpful while in Mandatory Isolation.

Yes the food fills me up - in fact after so much recent neglect with my eating habits it’s mote than enough at this stage

Yes it is easy enough to follow
Bit tricky when say in my case my week starts Wednesday when my pack is delivered and getting the days right

Yes, it has all been very simple, following the menu for each day and choosing when to have the night meals. The only thing I noticed is when heating the dinners the potatoes stay cold??

I find the size of the dinners a little large but the taste and quality is really first class. Being a widower this as an excellent way to suppliment my own home cooking

six years ago I ate lite n easy food and it was very good. I was able to put a frozen pack into the microwave without peeling a corner back and the food was tasty. Two weeks ago I started eating it again and found that now I have to peel the corner back and the food is not tasty. I regard it now as a total waste of money. Far better to buy fresh food and cook it myself. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!

I wrote a review five years ago and I thought I’d do an update. After losing 28kg over a 2.5 year period, I went off Lite and Easy for two years and maintainEd my weight loss because I changed my eating habits including portion control. Because of a dying relative in Sydney I travelled frequently to visit her and staying with friends saw me eating drinks and nibbles and ‘naughty‘ food! Eight weeks ago I went back on Lite and Easy and I’ve now lost 7 kg. Being type 2 diabetic I found that having the three meals a day I was getting a lot of low sugar readings so by the process of elimination I found that by taking out the dinners my readings improved and I’m still losing weight!

We have been using Lit'n'Easy for dinner for over 12 months and it has been a revelation for a couple who are in their eighties. A few minutes in the microwave and we have a hot and (usually) delicious healthy meal with minimum effort.

The quantity in each serving is just right and we come away from the table satisfied but not over-full.

I must say that we don't like all of the offerings, but with such a large range to choose from, we have been able to select a large sub-set of your menu that suits us, so no real problem there.

We have only one minor complaint and that is the beans ! They are tough, don't seem to be cooked enough and quite tasteless. If you could fix the beans we would be very happy.

I was on the 1200 program but felt hungry in the later part of the day so I went to the 1500 program to get another snack that helped in the later part of the day. I find some of the option not to my liking and would like to swap something out but this option is not available.
