Had a leak from s valve on the tank called a few people could not get anyone to come the same day then called Subs Plumbing said he was very busy but would get to me late afternoon as it was an emergency.
Arrived on time took the time to explain to me what the problem was and best repair method gave me a reasonable price before starting the job repaired and replaced the faulty unit cleaned the appliance and work area also gave my heating system s health check whilst on site and confirmed every thing else was ok
Honest and professional workmanship also friendly and reasonable prices with all work dine to a high standard would recommend this company good customer service called me the next day to make sure every thing was ok

Nearly a year from a great new boiler installation subs was back for the service. Excellent follow up. Tidy and pleasant to deal with and all at a reasonable price. A rarity nowadays.

I have used Suba on several occasions; he answers the phone and turns up at the time agreed (including weekends). He is very friendly and he will explain what he is doing. I do not feel that he is trying to rush me. I think he does the job for a fair price and when, on his last visit, he was at my home for a lot longer than usual to sort a problem, he did not charge me anymore. He cleans up any mess after finishing work. I would certainly recommend Suba.

I had an emergency with leak in a pipe in the bathroom called Subs plumbing and heating last Thurs at 5.20pm and he arrived within the hour by 6pm. Suba was very quick, efficient, tidy and reassuring that the issue would be fixed and he had done so within the hour. Suba is very professional in his work and showed us exactly what he had fixed he also offered great advice too which shows he is very knowledgeable and thorough in his work. I would recommend his services to everyone especially if its an emergency. Thank you once again :-)

We used subs for the first time I would definitely recommend him a honest and reliable guy came on time did the job cleaned up afterwards and was very impressed with the service would recommend him for any job

This is the third time I have employed SUBS P&H Ltd, with the most recent being a complete boiler and Nest installation.

They are simply my first call when it comes to anything plumbing or heating related.

I simply cannot recommend them enough.

Just wanted to say thank you for such a prompt and professional response to an emergency call out on a Saturday evening. The plumber was extremely helpful, fixed the problem of a broken seal quickly and provided useful advice. We were so impressed by the 5* service and would highly recommend this company to others.

I noticed a signs of a water leak on my kitchen ceiling and needed an emergency plumber so I contacted Subs and asked if he could come and take a look. From the initial contact to Subs arriving was under 4 hours!
He quickly assessed, diagnosed and fixed the problem.
Subs was clean, polite, professional and an absolute credit to his trade!
This is the second time I have used Subs and I won’t hesitate to use him again.

Last night I had water gushing out of the overflow pipe in the header tank in loft at my parents home. I googled this company and I was quoted a fixed price for the work based on about 1 hour estimated time it would take to replace the ballcock in the header tank in loft. The person came very promptly, fixed the repair, left me a receipt with 12 month warranty and completed the work very efficiently. This person was very polite throughout and also made some good suggestions for the future. Taking into account the emergency nature of the callout, time of night and repair done, I believe the charge, exactly as quoted on the phone, was very reasonable.
I would not hesitate to call out this person again.

I’ve had Subs do our plumbing jobs over the last couple of years and have been consistently pleased with his work. Excellent work, friendly, on time, leaves the area neat and tidy when he’s done - and does it all with a smile. Happy to recommend.

I thought I needed a new boiler but Subs said the old one still had plenty of life left in it. That in itself set Subs apart from others who would just replace anything to increase their price.

The work we had done was completed speedily and neatly, floors and carpets were covered all the time. We now have: a new wireless boiler control system; a replacement radiator in the bathroom and boiler and gas fires serviced.

I can't speak highly enough of the service. I've already recommended Subs to others!

Late Saturday evening we had water dripping through our lounge ceiling thanks to a split hot water cylinder. After one false start with a terrible emergency service I thankfully found Subs. A really quick arrival, followed by a professional approach to the problem stopped the leak and even managed to get our central heating going by rerouting some pipes. Subs stayed until everything was safe and then left two very relieved people. Brilliant service totally customer focussed in stressful circumstances.
I have asked him if he can do the full repair and refurbishment of the system such is my confidence in the guy.

Suba was able to attend as an emergency on Saturday afternoon when our boiler broke down first thing in the morning. Assessed the situation and felt it would be better to have a new boiler as several parts needed replacing and it was leaking badly. Got a detailed quote that very same evening and within a week, we had a warm, toasty house again. Left place clean and tidy. Blue shoes covers worn automatically. Punctual, reliable and efficient is how we would describe Suba. Highly recommended and is our plumber for future use.

Suba worked at our house over 4 days replacing all the old original steel pipes, new radiators throughout, and a new combi boiler to replace our old style one. He was always punctual, started the job by putting adhesive cover over the stairs and other carpeting, and left for the day having tidied up well. He was always helpful and pleasant. I have recommended him to my daughter for her service of boiler and gas fire.

In the summer I had hot water from cold water taps and in autumn no hot water. Hundreds of pounds were paid to various experts and four different plumbers who spent from a few hours to half a day and only achieved intermittent tepid water. One of them tried to convince me that tepid was really hot water ergo I was being unreasonable. Depressed, I gave it one last chance and phoned a new unknown company. From the outset SUBS was superior. They advised by phone/text when on the way, put on their own plastic shoe covers, had all their own protective sheeting for the house, were methodical, clear, co-operative and courteous. In one hour they had temporarily sorted the problem. They returned promptly to do the final work, left everything impeccably clean, they even changed a plunger that did not work for a new one and did not charge me for it. They made a significant, qualitative difference to my home, my life and emotional well-being. From now on I'm only calling SUBS.
